Fast shipping, as described, highly recommend

I was disappointed that when I received the shoes I had ordered they had obviously been worn already. There was no indication on the website that this would be the case. Couldn't return them as they were on clearance, but I did receive a discount on a future purchase to make up for it.

Been buying shoes here for years and now we live out of state. Best experience, they take care of you

Karavel has been my go to store for shoes in Austin. The service is conscientious and friendly. I have bought dress shoes, running shoes, hiking boots and slippers. They have always helped me find what I needed and I have always been pleased with my purchase.

Only one online with my size in stock. Fast shipping considering it was Black Friday weekend.

Karavel has been my shoe store for decades. They always have a solution for my tired achy feet!!! I love shopping with them!!!

How easy was this - I ordered some shoes late one night from my bed! I went to the store a couple of days later and picked them - so simple!!

Excellent online shopping experience!
