karavelshoes.comReviews of karavelshoes.com

Ease of ordering. Fast shipping. Great communication!

I love the new store. Great location, always the best service and what a huge selection of high quality shoes.

EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I called looking for a pair of shoes that was sold out everywhere else I looked online.. including Hoka’s own website! Luckily, Karavel had my size and got them shipped to me immediately so I could get them in time for a trip a few days later. I got them the VERY NEXT DAY in DFW and paid no extra shipping charge! Next time I’m in Austin, I will seek out this place and buy more shoes from them again! I wish I would have caught the guy’s name, but hopefully he’ll see this review and know how much I appreciated the help. I would have sworn this kind of service didn’t exist anymore!

That's good I like it it's very easy to all about

Not only was I able to find the shoe/color I wanted when everywhere else online was sold out but they also got them to me in record time!

I’ve sent them back too big hopefully there is a smaller size for me. The box was crushed

I ordered the shoes online and they were delivered within 3 days. Easy customer friendly process

The shoes were perfect as well as the delivery. What more could I ask for?
