Great costumer service. Walked me thru the entire process. Answered all my questions. Got a great piece for a even greater price! Will definitely be coming back!

Just had the most pleasant experience with my purchase!!!! Amazing customer service, helped me throughout my purchasing process. My wife couldn't be happier!!!

I never take off my lab grown tennis bracelet I got here from karaters their quality and most important their customer service is top notch. I love that the latch is a double safety clasp and feels so perfect I frgt to add they shipped it to me in 2 days overall amazing business to work with.

Karaters is a life saver I got my wife a 3 carat lab grown oval diamond from here that I needed for my travels they got me a Whole custom ring in less than 5 days so I can take it with me on the trip. I have never dealt with such proffesional jewelers ever and will be sending them all my referrals

Just received my Lab Grown Tennis Necklace and wow I gotta say this necklace is so sparkly and exactly what I wanted. I had dealt with another jeweler who had really bad quality stones and these guys were recommended by a family friend and I can see why I will definitely be back for more lab grown diamond jewelry.

All staff that I interacted with at Karaters provided great customer service, especially the owner Joe who was extremely responsive to my needs and offered me a very competitive price on the tennis necklace that I purchased. Thank you Karaters.

Excellent customer service here and the Lab Grown Diamonds they sell here are a lot nicer than I have seen at other stores. We purchased a 2 carat oval engagement ring and are in love.

Very happy with my lab grown Tennis Necklace I got last week in Los Angeles. We were in the jewelry district and were searching for a tennis necklace and googled Karaters and found them, we went up to their office and they had so many beautiful lab grown jewelry pieces. I loved how quickly they made it for me and love the quality a New customer for life!!
