I ordered a 7ct 7 inch tennis bracelet on a Thursday and it arrived by Monday. Score!! It's beautiful and my gf loves it. The 7 inches is too long so our rep, Jessica, was super responsive and worked with me on the exchange to a bracelet that fits better. I searched for months for a bracelet and despite seeing many options, the guidance and help I received from Jessica help me choose Karaters. The quality and price is much better than the others i shopped.

Karaters diamonds are beautiful! Melissa was great to work with in getting exactly what my wife wanted in a tennis necklace. The first necklace wasn’t exactly what she liked and Karaters gladly facilitated a return and exchange for something different. No problem at all. Their prices are very competitive, if not better than most for the high quality they provide. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience, will be a returning customer.

Stunning piece of jewelry. I worked with Jessica who responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner (before and after the sale). The bracelet arrived a week after purchase date. Delivered via FedEx with signature required. The bracelet (8 TCW tennis bracelet) is outstanding. Has a great weight and the diamonds are fire. I get complements every time I wear it. I chose to go with Karaters because of the reviews on this site. I highly recommend Karaters. Great value.

Great customer service from Melissa. I ended up ordering the wrong tennis neclace on my own, and melissa coached me on the correct size and length and handled the entire return A-Z. Awesome!

Rachel was very knowledgeable and informative. She helped me pick the perfect tennis bracelet for my wife. Not only was it made first class but such a beautiful piece. My wife is extremely happy.

I had a great experience! Love my ring. Joe was the most patient, responsive and sweet person I’ve dealt with in a long time. Very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. Quality and prices are great! Great customer service, quick delivery.

Karaters was recommended to me by a family member. 💯 I would recommend for someone else. He was very nice and helpful and was able to get all the specifications done for the ring perfectly. I was also shocked at how fast It took to make it! Again would for sure recommend for someone else.
