This company is from China – it's a scam. I purchased a product called “KanineCare Dog Toothbrush (FDA approved)” after seeing a Facebook ad with many positive product reviews. I checked out the company's Facebook and Instagram pages, both of which claim it is a "family-owned business from Los Angeles, California." Their website doesn't have an address but does have a phone number with a US area code. I sent them a message on Facebook asking what size toothbrush to order for my 8-10 lb dogs, they responded immediately and said SMALL. So I ordered a small toothbrush and the total was $25.70. I waited more than a month for the goods to arrive. When it finally arrived, I was shocked to see it was shipped from China. Why would a Los Angeles-based company ship goods from China? When I open the package, the item they sent me may be the wrong size or their idea of ​​"small" is very different from the reality. This thing will never fit in my dog's mouth, it's so big. Additionally, it appears to be made from a very cheap material and gives off an unpleasant chemical smell that I have never smelled in my previous purchases of dog toys or supplies. To me, it definitely doesn’t feel “FDA approved” – it looks like something you could buy at the dollar store! I checked the return policy of the company listed on their website, they say that as long as the package is unused (which is mine) and I still have the original packaging then you can return it within 30 days - just contact them about the return and they will send me a shipping label. I contacted them via email the same day I received the product, explained the situation and requested to return the product and refund (as I said, not only was it not the right size, but I also didn't want the dog chewed it (a chemical cocktail). I received an email reply the next day from someone named "Bianca" saying I could return the item but I would have to pay for shipping myself and not only So: they do not support their product at all. Their claim on their website that they will send a return label is completely false. Everything about this company is fake. I even tried calling their 243 area code phone number - no one answered, it was just a text saying "their phone line is down". All are scams. . So stay away, this is another scam company based in China.

The toothbrushes only lasted 5 minutes and parts of the rubber was coming off. Kanine care said they can't find my order. On my checking account it says Soonping UK How do I get a hold of this company? I need to be reimbursed my $67.00. LeAnn Bitler

This company is a scam. They advertise on Facebook that their products are $70 and 70% off putting their dog toothbrush products at 20 something dollars when the same product can be purchased in many other places online for way less money. The quality is total crap. My dog ripped up the doggy toothbrush in a manner of five minutes. Also when I placed my order, the product was sent initially from China and got stuck in some distribution center for weeks in the US. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. In total it took about six weeks for me to get the product. I would not recommend ordering anything from Kanine Care.

My adult mini-schnauzer ripped off the small extra chewers toy in about 5 minutes. Do not recommend, overpriced piece of garbage.

Poses as company in U.S. but is a Chinese company You may or may not get your order. They respond with lies. I think the 5-star reviews are AI created to seem legitimate. Order placed in December & still haven't received nothing but lies.

I purchased the extreme dental chew because one of my dogs is a pretty aggressive chewer. Within five minutes he had broken off a large piece and almost swallowed it. I understand these aren’t meant to be indestructible, but if he can do that much damage in five minutes, this thing is obviously a piece of crap. Customer service clearly has no intention of refunding my money or offering any other solution. So I’m just here to warn any potential buyers (with dogs that actually are going to chew on it since that’s the what they need to do to get their teeth clean,) this specific product is not worth the risk of your dog swallowing a piece of the rubber and getting hurt.

I rare to never write a negative review, however, we did have a very disappointing experience after ordering these and waiting three weeks for delivery, the product fell apart, within five minutes of being given to my Boxer/Labrador. Customer Service offered zero support, and was slightly rude. Has been a very disappointing and negative experience. Complete waste of money and the bigger frustration was the terrible Customer Service. This product did not help clean either of our dogs teeth (even the small doggie). Save yourself time, money and disappointment.

Product never arrived. I order on December 2, 2023 and it’s now January 22, 2024. Still nothing! Contacted customer service numerous times, all I’m told is to be patient because they are behind. They won’t give me a refund. I’m reporting them to my credit card company.
