Worst customer service, received a defective Oura, returned it and they sent me back an atomizer and kept my base. Four months trying to get it fixed and I feel like I’ve been scammed. Out my money and shipping costs with nothing to show for my $400. No customer service available by phone, only email and it’s slow. Wish I had bought anything but a Kandypen

I bought one of their pens on July 1st, received on the 8th, worked maybe three times before it just started blinking. Followed troubleshooting from their website. Contacted support on the 10th(email since no phone support) it's the 27th still have not recieved a refund or a replacement. I understand they got problems with the virus, still if they can sell their products they should be able to do better support.

I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give less. No support from Kandypens when Miva 2 started breaking 7 days after purchase (with other breakages at different times since then). Kandypens refuses to refund me for their defective product. My options are to have the same product replaced (no value as other arrangements made and no longer needed as have been 21 days or so without a unit at this point) or was offered a trade for a different model of a Kandypens vapes that costs $20 less, and Kandypens proposes nothing for the money I would be losing! I chose Kandypens due to positive reviews, but my experience has been frustrating and I will not purchase any of their products again. I also question those wonderful customer support reviews I read, unsure actually from customers with verifiable purchases, because my experience does not fit at all with what I read before my purchase). I'm left with the impression that customers don't matter to Kandypens in the long run, and nothing has been provided to me to persuade me otherwise. Please consider not purchasing from Kandypens as there are other companies who will stand behind their product; however, Kandypens is not one of those companies. I rarely give reviews; the service has to be excellent or pretty bad before I take this step. I prefer to keep my digital footprint almost nonexistent, and chose to make my experience public, at the cost of my anonymity, so someone else may be able to avoid the same thing happening to them.

Would do 0. Card got compromised from site. Donnie gibson, obviously a relative of ceo by his entitlement berated and trashed me when I asked what could be done, even going as far to send me links to victim abuse sites. Literal harassment from staff, broken cheap pen, and stolen info. So yeah, stay away

DO NOT ORDER FROM KANDYPENS. My first order with kandy pens was great. They even sent me a free battery!. There customer service was great as well. ... shortly after I ordered a part for my vape pen and my information was stolen. It was 750 cash from my account and 1200 on my credit. STAY AWAY. They have not offered me any help and do not get back in email with any good information.

Terrible experience I order their 24k series dry herb vaporizer in a white and gold. What I received was a silver and white none working product. Customer service line leads to a voicemail. Emails with customer support has been back and forth for 2-3 weeks of no help no apology for the inconvenience and refuses refund. As the owner of this company I would be ashamed. 100% do not buy product does not meet promise and is paired with sub par customer service.

Terrible experience with them. I would recommend ordering from another company not these guys.

Update (5/4/20): Chris (KandyPen) followed up after a few days and has made things right. At this point, I'm fine with their product. It's just their customer support is pretty slow. I've updated my rating accordingly. First purchase was ok, but slow to arrive. Second purchase has been worse. Customer support is non-existent and *very* slow to respond, if at all. They indicated product was in-stock when I ordered (even via chat with them!) but after a couple of days with no update for my order sent an email to them. They did not respond for a couple more days so I opened a ticket. After another day waiting they told me that it's out-of-stock and "you must've missed our email". THERE WAS NO EMAIL FROM THEM. Chatted with Chris at kandypen yesterday. He looked into it and said it had not shipped and would cancel (per my request) and refund. An hour later they sent a "pre-shipment" notification and still have not shipped. I assume the pre-shipment is so they can charge the CC and not refund or cancel. Pretty underhanded and untruthful... avoid them.
