Good experience overall
Good experience overall. My only suggestion would be to better inform the customer of their order status. I placed an order that had to be partially filled from the manufacturer and wasn't going to ship from K&G for some time. I was not informed of this delay until I emailed and asked. This information should come automatically.

Great Communication
The communication has been great as far as order received, order shipped, etc. My order indicates on the website that it was shipped UPS. When I track it, I get a USPS tracking number. I called K and G to question that and was told it was changed to USPS to save on shipping costs. I'm good with that.
