My order cam as expected under 5 days. It was what I ordered and was fine.

i am very happy with your service but I am and always will be unhappy with your 4 weekly payment, as I only get paid last Thursday in month I have problems, its ok for my customers because I just get here money on 4 weekly. even when I pay two payments once a year it catches up with you by end of next yr. I would love it if you did monthly statements as times have moved on, and this payment method comes to times when we paid weekly. some other catalogues have changed this I would be so so happy if you did.as I usually end up with late payment fees which I find unfair as I am good paying customer.

I have been with this catalogue for many years now when they used to trade under Marshall Ward. On the whole I have always found them to be fair and helpful... the odd hiccup maybe, but nothing that they couldn't resolve. Their white goods and electricals have always been the best priced out of all the catalogues out there.

I have ordered from Kandco before with no problems but find them very over-priced. When i recieved a voucher for £30 off when spending over £60, that made them a lot more competitive. So i've ordered some curtains,pillows and duvet. Five out of six have already been delivered and i knew the day they were coming because i can check the delivery status online. Very pleased.

I have been using Kand Co for over 30 yrs when it was GUS and i can honestly say that i have never had any real problems, ok there is sometimes hiccups with orders and so on but usually they are OK. Maybe they could be a little cheaper on some of their products mainly electricals but i suppose thats the way things go now. Yeah i like it and i will keep shopping with KandCo for as long as i can

I wish the velvet dresses which are a lovely design were better quality . Sleeves are good as is the length of dress for us oldies ! I think the explanation that items on certain reduced items don't get rewarded is very bad and not properly explained

I shop quite regularly with K&Co, I find the service very reliable, and delivery fantastic, I mainly shop online as I find that easier but if I have to ring up the staff are very friendly and helpful. I think the only criticism that I have is that sometimes I find some of the products a little pricey.
