had trouble with delivery company they couldnt find my parcel when i went to depot to collect also the wrong card was put through the door so it took yet another days waiting to get my parceland to rectify their mistake up until this time the delivery as been 5star.

K&Co have been really good up until now but just lately their delivery process is in need of repair, also the response to customers is slack.Such a shame but I am sure they will repair and get back to their previous standards.
