Service was terrible lied to on the phone by various operators, delivery service was disgusting my product arrived late and damaged. No help when complaining cost me money in phone calls to yourself was told to send an email. Have done that and not had the courtsey to even reply. Regretting coming back to you and as soon as i've paid for my goods will not be using you again or recommending you to anyone.

A code i was sent through the post wouldn't work online. I then rang so that they could apply it to my account manually. They wanted proof i had been sent the code. I scanned and emailed it to them. They said that wasn't good enough, i had to post it back to them. Dont like being accused of lying. Posted it to them with letter of complaint- had no reply. Have since received another code through the post that wont work.

I ordered a pair of shoes which I required for an interview. K&Co tried to send the shoes to the wrong address. K&Co could not explain how the error happened. I never received the item but regardless K&Co tried to charge me for the item even though I never signed for the item in clear breach of their own contract. I have spent over two and a half hours calling there contact the call centre. I was promised a managerial call back which K&Co failed to provide. I have written a complaint to their head office which is apparently being investigated, although I am very apprehensive that this will ever be investigated. I will never make another purchase through K&Co and I would strongly discourage anyone else from doing the same thing.

Two week before Christmas I ordered 4 clothing items and a Telephone. One week later when they had not arrived I phoned. Oh they were sent to wrong courier in wrong country and had been returned. Not the phone, it was still on order though delivery was delayed. Would I care to reorder clothing. .? Yes if you send speedily at your eexpenseSpenser,they are Christmas presents Expense. Oh sorry sir they are now out of stock. May I speak to a manager. I will try and get one to ring ou sir.4 days later another mail to say phone further delayed. Then email Christmas Eve saying dispatched . Dec 29 and still no phone.and still no explanatation as to why I am being treated as a leper. I vow not to tolerate this and I will take it further. Unforgivable behaviour considering I am years with them and have no payments due. The order was made due to an offer they made as I hadn't bought for a hike. Astonishing.

Absolutley a joke trying to get to talk to someone. I've emailed loads of times & you get a bog standard reply that your email has been passed on to someone to look into your email, then your left waiting & waiting for a reply. I managed to get through to someone who said they would call me. Oh they were true to their word...............but they just played music down the phoneline till they cut me off, then sent me a email to say they tried calling & if i wanted to have someone call me, i'd have to go throught the whole process again. Take your monies elsewhere. I am when i clear my account.

I ordered a duvet set that came with another one free. The package arrived with only one parcel, with instructions that if you wanted to return it the parcel had to be returned in exactly the original way. I rang their customer service and asked about the free duvet. They didn't know where it was & to redo the order I would have to pay again, which I refused. I was just putting the parcel into its original wrapping when I realised that both duvets were in one parcel. Something that you would have thought the two customer service people should have known. I wish I had returned both at that point. After the first wash both duvet covers are motley, the colours have washed out in places, so they are a mixture of patches white and light yellow, not cream as advertised. The poppers are also awful quality. Every time you move even slightly under the duvet the poppers come undone.

I have had a bad experience with K and Co. They're only interested in customers who shop on line. If you shop on-line once they automatically stop sending you a catalogue. Then, when you request one they send you a Littlewoods catalogue instead, not once but three times. Then when you complain they tell you they haven't got any available!! They are taking your choice away by forcing you to shop on-line which for me isn't always convenient. As a consequence, they have lost me as a customer!!

U really don't want me 2 write as if I'm speaking to a friend about k&co too many expletives required the way we have been treated recently is utterly appalling as soon as me & my friends can pay off our accounts we will & them we won't EVER shop & k&co again staff & procedures complete disgrace to retail trading & ur directors & CEO need sacking as well!! No leadership frame the top & no ownership of complaints total shambles
