KandCo gives you the service you expect from three main catalogues, excellent communication, the only downside is I missed out on getting 10% discount on my first order because I didn't put there code in the basket when I placed it. I think they should automatically do it for you.

The stock is huge. There is lots of reviews that seem accurate to help you select the right model/item. There is a chance to earn commission as well! I work so the chance to pick up ones order from a venue of ones choice is brilliant. I have used Kay&co for many years and recommend it to everyone.

Started to use Kandco again. Haven't had any problems so far. Some things a little bit expensive so tend to look for things on offer. Good free delivery on most things.

The orders always arrive when they should unless there is a problem and they always notify you if there is.. It is really easy to deal with any problems and staff are helpful. I do like to shop them as the ranges are pretty good.

I am happy now as Kayandco have accepted me as an Account Holder. As i hadn't ordered for some time they seemed to have forgotten me although i signed in with my Account number and password they said it was a wrong password which it wasn't, i spent most of the morning saying i had forgotten password,i kept putting the password in which they emailed me but still no good until i rang and explained to a very polite young gentleman everything that had happened and found out that i was an Account Holder after all he couldn't understand why they kept saying what they did, anyway he took my order and everything turned out well in the end. What i bought is an xmas box so if doesn't fit im hoping they will accept it back for another.

Kandco offer a good range of products with easy paynent options for when you dont always have the cash available. The service is good and delivery is fast. The only critisism I have is that ther prices are high. Example a sony 32" led tv is £499.99 on kandco website but a quick search on google reveals the exact same model for £349.99 well over £100 cheaper.

They have a good choice of products. Not necessarily the cheapest around but great delivery service. Sale items tend to run out quickly and don't have all sizes but they are good offers. The toys tend to be overpriced and you can get cheaper elsewhere. I'd love to see them do more offers and have a wider range. All in all a good company to pick.
