sorry i have used kays for over 15yrs and to me its not half as good as it was even 5yrs ago although i am glad that at the moment the people who speak on the phones are now understandable but the cost of call is ridiculous, and why do they have to put you through to so many diff depts to finally get an answer to the problem. i only use my cataloguge if i am really desperate, or see a really good deal, and the worst thing for me is interest on the account, i have to go into hosp quite often and on one occassion i was in ...i live on my own... so i was 1day late with payment and i had a really nasty notification i was being charged so i phoned cust serv and the person just did not want to know i offered my doctors name and the hospital ward clerk, i was charged for being late and to be honest out of my pension its hard enough paying what i owe out without adding any extras on....so for me no i am not as happy with kayandco as i was when it was kays of worcester. delivery though is a different matter ..that is 5 stars for me excellent service.

cant get statements right have to keep ringing up t query them whe my account is paid up i shall shop elsewhere

A great way to shop as no major up-front costs and some good prices but if something goes wrong or you have a query be prepared for an abject lack of any customer service. Customer Service agents have little or no link with each other so any query can result in having to repeat "your story" several times. Knowledge of such things such as "Sale of Goods Act" or "Not fit for purpose" is zero and they ALL lack a real understanding of their companies Terms and Conditions. If you want to shop and can accept incompetence of any after sales service then you'll be fine! I'm still waiting for a product refund some 3 months after it was returned and so far no one at Customer Service knows about the return!! Square pegs in round holes readily springs to mind

As a new customer I was very disappointed in how I was treat, it would have been nice if my query had been handled better. I won't being using this service again and I recommend that you opt for a new courier who represents the service level you were hoping to provide.
