Every company now days has an app to shop online it would make shopping so much easer if you could use a app that's saves your login information . My mum has account with you and I have to help her but if there was a app i know she would be able to do it for her self

Though catalogue shopping is easy - choice of payment methods, free returns, I am only let down by the way K and Co. kept putting my account credit limit up to such a high amount without telling me. Though I did get them to reduce it once they then continued to increase it so that the amount it is now would not be manageable under their payment plans. K and Co should not increase their customers credit limit without first checking with the customer. Just by increasing it further up it does not mean that I will be buying more items.

I have been with your catalogue years and i am very happy with it, to be honest i tend to buy when the sales are on to save money but the quality of the products are very good, more tall stuff please.

HAVING BEEN A CUSTOMER / AGENT OF KAYS FOR OVER 40 YEARS I I FEEL QUALIFIED TO SAY THAT AT TIMES THEIR CATALOGUE HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER, ESPECIALLY WHEN TIMES WERE HARD AND I DIDN,T WANT TO DISAPPOINT THE CHILDREN ESPECIALLY AT CHRISTMAS .THEIR SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE AND IS SO MUCH EASIER NOW THERE,S NO WRITING OUT OF PEOPLES PAYMENTS, GOING TO THE BANK ,SENDING OFF BALANCE SHEETS,WAITING AT LEAST A WEEK FOR DELIVERIES, OH AND THEIR MERCHANDISE IS FANTASTIC TOO.THANK YOU KAYS
