Very poor service! I ordered a rug ....twice the rug was sent wrong! Third time lucky it was sent correct! The first rug got collected with no problems! The second rug which k and co sent wrong is still sitting in my hall way after ten requests to have it collected ! That's 10 times I have had to wait home! I've relieved parcels from k and co but for some unknown reason the rug hasn't been collected!!!! No joy on phone when I've phoned complaining and twice I've been told a manager will phone me!!! I'm still waiting on that phone call. I am now having to waste my time once again by writing a letter of complaint! Very un satisfied customer!

As stated above havent ordered in awhile but decided to give Kay & co another try and order some xmas presents.Ordered 3 mini stereo systems amd was given a delivery date.So far so good.Half way through the delivery day got a phone call from kays asking me to confirm items ordered and advised that courier had queried items ordered and returned them to them as they suspected there may be fraud.Fair enough to double check but why return orders when a simple phone call would and indeed did sort out the query.I was then given another delivery date for which I waited in and guess what still no delivery.I rang Kay & co this morning and they are now investigating and hope to get back to me in the next 48 hours.I would love to the review the items ordered thats if they ever arrive!!!!!

I received a phonecall about BUY NOW PAY LATER and as i have recently due to a fall become disabled and am looking for different work i accepted it. I had on my statement £412 to spend so i ordered a christmas present IMPORTANT I CANNOT AFFORD OTHERWISE ), it said not enough funds so i called and was imformed the department was shut. The next day i received a call saying the reason was my pay later took me over my limit , even though i was approached and that my few day old statement was incorrect . i am now £300 in arrears and disabled and nothing they can do but told i am a long running good customer, my feelings are to pay up slowly and close the account. i am severely disgusted and very upset. My order was due to be delivered last tuesday it never turned up and when i called to ask why they didnt have an exact awnser they just said should be with you in 14 days. But as a working person i am not always home to sign for my package so theres a good chance i may miss it when it does make an appearance depending on the time and day

Had a Notebook Laptop written off, after returning a second time with same fault that wasn't fixed properly. Ordered the above DV6-6b04sa, but got a DV6-6c04ea, thinking similiar NOT SO. Got no metal case, No Password Fingerprint reader, No Beats Sound System, No USB 3.0 faster sockets. More Memory & Bigger Hard Drive, at the expence of better features. Should of been delivered by 12th April, so they sent different less popular model on 9th March. Kandco has just bought out another one HP dv6-6c05ea, promising 2 USB 3.0 faster sockets, but the HP website says normal USBs. Advice when you get it check the code is exact, price up the extra paying in installments against the bigger hard drives on the website & better price.

I would have given you a 5 but for the first time in all the years I hsve been with you, you have let me down. I have purchased a very large item from you and has cost me 1399.00 and it is of shabby material and splits and you say its not a manufactoring problem so you are taking 45 pounds from me for having it looked at and Ive got to keep the faulty goods!

sometimes deliver on time others waiting for day once it was weeks. i have just been e-mailed asking me to review a product that hasn't even arrived yet. should have been delivered on 02/03/2012. checked website tracking section on this date and its latest delivery date was 28/02/2012 fantastic if they can go back in time but i still am waiting (in the present). when i contacted them via e-mail the reply was basically sometimes things take longer. its been at the delivery depot a few miles up the road for days... should i go and get it myself?

I'm a little disappointed in the range of men's choice of clothes, without sounding bias i feel the company offer more choice to women than the male gender, i have mentioned this before. Also i feel the choice of brands is also limited, so all-in-all i'm afraid i am going to rate 2 stars. Edward Oconnor- Birmingham
