Customer service is excellent, delivery very speedy but the sizing of clothes is terrible. The stuff I have to order in two sizes but still don't fit properly. Women's body shapes have changed over the past 50 years but whoever makes these clothes are still in the sizes of the fifties. Ask your customers what they think. Women's breasts are fuller, waist are not as tiny.

Generally good, often delivers value for money but sometimes the quality of items is poor. The choice is good and delivery is generally within 48 hrs unless an item is awaiting stock. Paying early can incur a 'late payment' charge of £12 so always pay between the statement date and the payment due date - this is a bit naught and they are the only company that does this.

Great catalogue but the only drawback is you can't pay by calender month so your payment date is constantly changing. An option to do it that way would be superb. 20 weeks or five equal payments

I find myself getting lazy as i get older. Instead of popping to the shops to by something, I tend to look on K&CO first. I really shouldn't do this, as many things are overpriced. I find it much less hassle to buy online, especially larger items, but the interest rates are very high and there's also a huge premium on the prices. Saying that, they do stock a wide range of items however.

I've been a customer of both Empire and Kays for over 30 years. Overall I find them a convenient way to purchase, especially when children were small and money very tight. OK things may have been a bit more expensive but generally they were of good quality and the easy pay option was helpful. I had no problems at all except for high charges for a couple of late payments. Now, I find the combined company about the same. Free delivery and returns are a big plus. Easy pay still a good option if needed. Staff have always been courteous to me. I gather late payment charges are still high, which is a shame. Goods wise, I find the clothing sizes very random at times, size 12 trousers can be anything from not going over the knees to falling off when fully fastened! This needs to be much better. Sometimes also quality can be a bit of an issue but generally not too bad. Service is still as good as it has been, at least I've not encountered anyone unpleasant. I would like prices to be that little bit better, I would like to see rewards given automatically and not 'lost' which has also happened to me. Incentives for long term customers would be nice too. It's just that 'little bit extra' which would give them the extra star on review.

This is a very convenient way of shopping as you can spread the cost without paying extra and that helps a lot. I am a very regular shopper and have full faith in the purchase that if anything goes wrong it will be put right. I will fully recommend this shopping experience to every one. I have been with the company for more than 20 years now and have seen many changes but one change I must say is worst and even against normal business practice and that is you lose you saves Rewards if you don't spend before 30 June. I have lost £175 just like that and nobody care about this unjust rule as this was my hard earned reward and company has no right to snatch from me. I have no objection if you go down in reward level if you don't purchase for a period. I hope some will understand and change this.
