happy with the service in general, how ever very un happy at your commision ( or lack of it ) as everything is allways changing in price so you cant get any commision, and im told " oh thats in the sale or its been reduced " so you dont get any commision, well i think its a cop out on behalf of kay & co, as prices are allways raised and lowerd so you dont ever get it, rant over.

I am usually very pleased with my whole kandco experience you are very helpful and efficient HOWEVER i recently ordered wardrobes for a customer, one of the boxes had the wrong colour so i got in touch with you and you agreed to change them. My customer then had to take time off work for you to pick up and later replace the wardrobes but once again you sent the wrong colour. Now my customer has cancelled the order and they are very upset about it all as am I....

I ordered several items in Dec 13 for xmas pressies. The promise was made that they would arrive before xmas. My bottle of after shave unfortunately did not arrive. I was given an apology and £10 credit on my account. Today is the 6 Jan 14, still no aftershave. I use Miad's for my collection point. Very helpful staff, always smiling. I asked if he had received a parcel for me. He stated that he had BUT he could not scan the parcel as the bar code was unable to be read by his scanner. Ergo he could'nt give me the parcel. A procedure i applaud. So no aftershave, no word from Kandco. Happy. No not realy.

it is unfair that late charge fees are put on to the account even if you are 1 day late. It is just an extra way of making money.

I have been a customer of KandCO for over thirty years. The last 12 months or so have been a little frustrating as either items I try to order are either out of stock or not got the size so I found myself tending not to bother. I did actually order a couple of items last week but unfortunately the items sent were not what I ordered. I hope the service will get better then maybe once again I will use it a bit more

I used Kandco for the first time. I found it very difficult to use the ordering and delivery section. Was not able to use the first order discount. Had to call to cancel an item and the item still arrived. I have since decided to keep it... I ordered a dining table and chairs which came within 7 days which is very speedy. I just need to put it together now!

I was offered a £20 discount off my Kandco account if I ordered over £50 of goods. I did order over £50 of goods which included to 2 swimming costumes in a size 20. and was given my £20 discount on my next statement. I then returned some items which were too large and re-ordered therm in smaller sizes and also ordered a few extra items, I actually kept £64 worth of goods but was suprised on my next statement to see that Kandco had removed my discount as I had returned some of the original over £50 order. I rang up to ask why and was told it wasn't in the terms and conditions of getting the £20 reward that I could return any of the original items. I am very dis-satisfied with this as I was promised the discount and had genuinely returned the goods because they didn't fit and reordered them in a smaller size. I have never had any problems with Kandco in the past and am always being told I am a valuable customer. In this time of recession when finances are tight. Kandco encouraged me to order some goods promising me a £20 discount. But like a lot of Sales gimmicks by comapnies today, I have been let down yet again my the 'small print' to catch out unsuspecting customers. Thanks Kandco. Once I have paid my latest bill, I will not be ordering anything again.

Great item which was to have been delivered 1st july then changed to 29th july so I had practically a whole month without furnature to sit on. I could have gone over and carried it home myself in half the time. Delivery times need to be adhered to or people will shop elsewhere.
