I purchased a pair of Adidas Samba retro trainers. Delivery was excellent - ordered late on the Saturday, arrived on the following Monday. However, the trainers were not fit for purpose, and not as described, so contravened the Sale of Goods Act. They were not fit for purpose because I could not wear them, as although they were claimed to be a size 12, they were really a 10.5 to 11, and an extremely narrow fitting to boot (no pun intended). I must say that customer services at KandCo were brilliant, allowing me to return the trainers and be given a refund, even though I had worn them outside. When I explained via email that they seemed fine when worn for several hours indoors, but when I wore them on a day trip outside, they caused me great pain, customer services responded within a couple of hours, apologised profusely, and as I say, allowed a return and refund. So, to sum up, delivery excellent, customer service excellent, items purchased extremely poor.

Placed my order and was told it would arrive by August 30th. It did not.in fact I am now told it may well not arrive until September 10th. .But I notice that it has already been charged to my account and no doubt that the 12 months without payment is already counting down. Me? Well I am disappointed and waiting for my new computer!

Mostly everytime i contact Customer services by email, They do not read the message correctly and end up sending a response that doesnt even reflect the issue concerned. Or they say to call our helpline. I do not want to call the helpline as it costs me money to call, Why would i email just to be told that after waiting for a day reply. Customer service has to get better before i would rate the service any better. A good business revolves around excellent customer service.

Had no problem with delivery, it is just the after sales. Would rather purchase items from an outlet that allows you to return items. Bought a laptop and after 1 day charger packed in, reliant on Samsung to sort out problem, as yet still awaiting resolution and Laptop useless. I would not use them for regular expensive purchases with a result. This has happened before

I would buy more from K & Co if the prices were better. When I look to purchase a product I tend to compare prices, and although I do not mind paying a little extra, especially if I think the product is good, I begrudge paying wildly over the odds. I have found this to be the case often when looking at K & Co, even paying interest free payments the cost is clearly inflated from say High Street prices. This for me is not good enough

you never listen or pay attention if i ask for something don't give me something else and when i point out your mistake you do the same again SOME FRIEND

it took them 5 weeks to pick up a returned item which was a washing machine

I paid a delivery charge on an Itam that I wanted for Christmas I did it through the web site and made sure that I could not see any info that said it would not reach me before Christmas. I checked the tracking option on the Itam and ther was nothing to say I would not recive it on the day it was supposed to be delivered so you can imagine my surprise when it did not show the Itam had been sent through roal mail wich I was then made to collect the package myself so had paid the delivery charge for nothing because if I had decided to wait until after Christmas I would of had it delivered for fee I know the charge is not a lot but the point is when you pay for something to arrive for a set date you expect it on that date
