i have always found my experience with k&co an easy and practical one.the fact that postage and returns are free helps with my budget and flexible payment options increase my ability to purchase goods.parcels are received quickly and emails informing me that an item has been dispatched eliminate missing a delivery.i am a very pleased customer. my only critisism is the price of the phone call if the need arises this is an 0844 number and can work out expensive if your querie takes time to be resolved.

i had an account with littlewoods and had a lot of issues with them but on my first order with K & Co an order went wrong but they were quick to call me and correct it. it was fixed and delivered the very next day .
