A good and easy way to get things you need interest free. They were their when I needed to replace my washer and got it interest free so cheaper then buying it from other places and paying interest or taking out a loan. They are excellent. Good delivery service and friendly customer service people when you have a problem to sort out. Keep up the good work

Cannot fault the company - excellent choice of stock, delivered when they say it will be and they let you know asap when something has become unavailable. I like the automated customer service for quickness and the website is attractive.

I have been a customer of Great Universal, now Kay&Co, for over twenty years. The service has got better and better. I have never had any problems at all, either with the superb service nor with the many goods I have ordered. Now that we're all online it is wonderful to take my time to browse a vast department store, add things to my basket with no queues, crowds or aching feet! And, the store is open 24hours. Orders are depatched quickly and collections are easily dealt with. I have no hesitation in saying "satisfaction guarenteed". I have just completed my Xmas shopping with Kay&Co. A wonderful choice of items and low prices. THANK YOU!!!

from ordering to delivery the service was first class. My order was a large item and needed a two man delivery. I was given a 3 hour delivery window, (which is better than a full day! ) and the delivery was on time. I couldn't ask for more.

I have shopped with Kandco for many years (when it was individually set up i.e. Kays, GUS etc). I always find and have always found, their service excellent and have only encountered minimal problems over the 8+ years I have shopped with them. Their communication is brilliant, from ordering, delivery, account updates, returning and general communication. The Christmas offers of 3 for 2, are so helpful when 'counting the pennies'. Everything I have ordered has been just as viewed on-line. Out of everything I have ordered for Christmas, only 1 item has been returned and even then, it was due to the parcel being damaged on route to me! Fantastic company and service. I shall continue to shop with them for many years to come. Thank You Kandco! Bev

Transition from Emprire to KandCo did not really affect me and the internet search links still work but re-direct seamlesses (for when I forget what its now called!). I deal directly online with no problem at all. The interest free options are great - and whereas the statements used to be a little confusing regarding actual amounts owed, after i spoke with call centre staff, the bills now show the amounts with and without interest. The prices are also more reasonable than other catalogues. My orders are always spot on. overall very pleased - the only reason I have not given a ten is that often there is low or no stock for items.
