I am a platinum customer and cannot find any fault with the service I have received from K&CO. The deliveries have always been on time, (sometimes even earlier than stated!). I have had no problems with the quality of the goods, Any returns I have sent back have been dealt with no quibble and no fuss. Large items have been delivered well packaged, and the delivery men have been very accommodating on where we would like the goods put. All in all I have always been very happy shopping with K&CO, and will continue shopping with them for a long time to come.

delivery is quick and the staff are helpful on the telephone for orders or enquiries. the only slight problem i have is that a lot of clothing items are not of as good quality as they look in the catalogue and the sizing is a bit misleading. i had some large items delivered and the delivery men had no idea how to get them into the house and i had to call my husband from work to help them

Have shopped with Kays for about 30 years , it has always provided a good service and goods, Their bedding is of decent quality and i have always found something when looking. I don`t buy many clothes but have found a few dresses mainly because not many places do petite length but usually something to suit a 62years young person.

have had nothing but good feedback for kandco i phoned up for some goods from joe brown on their sale sheet, and despite the fact that apart from one item everything was out of stock, the operator was very helpful. I went onto the website and although the items i would have liked were out of stock , i managed to get several items., and will continue to shop with kandco for a long time.

i have been a long time customer with K&CO and i have no complaints. Any issues i have had which is not many the staff has dealt with it in a polite and an efficient manner. when i do call for an order i have always been welcomed with a polite and well mannered voice, which is very encouraging when i am unsure of an item i would like to order. Deliveries is the key! K&CO is the best!!!!!!!!!!

I have been shopping with Kays since I was 24 years old. I am now almost 58. Says it all really. No intention of giving Kays up now....
