Having run this catalogue for many years I have seen many changes and not many of them for the good. It used to be the sum total of your order could be spread over 20 weeks or 52 weeks, now it's each individual item which can make the payments too high therefore limiting the number of items bought, so catalogue is missing out on profit. It used to be a free phone number but now it's premium, which is not good as it costs a lot of money by the time all the options have been gone through. I know that catalogue prices have always been higher than shops but now the difference is getting far too much i.e. PS4 in the shops £350 in the catalogue £439. £89 is far too much of a difference. Also not getting rewards on sale items and other things is not fair on the person running the catalogue. If items are out of stock then remove them from the on-line page or at least mark it as "out of stock" It would be good if you could also request your cash rewards on-line as having to spend so much money in a phone call to get it is not good enough and also the length of time it takes to get is not good. It would be nice for long term loyal customers to get a wee reward or incentive as a thank you.

We ordered some bunk beds in April and they were out of stock. We received an email advising us they were coming yesterday (Friday 27th) So my husband and I took the day off work so we could put them together. Sadly they didn't arrive. I checked online and they're now coming on the 27th of July (3 months) we have missed two family visits where we would use them. It's a littke embarrassing

I like the range of products, and free delivery and returns. The range of payment options is good too. But everything is far too expensive. I'm after a new phone and they are selling the 16gb Nexus 5 for £100 more than elsewhere! I'd buy more from them if the prices were lower.

I've been pleasedwith the items which came, but I was very disappointed,as I'd ordered a kettle, as mine had broke,I'd accidently bought a kettle elsewhere that u have to boil on thecooker ring, Itkeeps hot, but takes solutely ages to boil, I've never received the kettle that I'd ordered from K & Co, most disappointing. I don't think I'll bother using their cata logue again. I can't rely on them

Ordered a fridge freezer and ticked for removal of old one. The confirmation email had no delivery charge so I e mailed to double check and indeed no removal ordered told to ring customer services 0845 watch your phone bill rocket, told that the item has no removal option even though one web page clearly does and I had sawn through kitchen counter to fit fridge in. Told me he would put me through to another dept ten mins later phone went dead. Rang back the girl said cant just add 5 pound removal charge will have to cancel order wait 5 days for cancellation to be authorised (when the £20 off offer has expired, odd eh) and then I will have to re order and take pot luck on delivery date or indeed if they have stock. If I wasent disabled I would have removed my old fridge myself and bought this fridge freezer at argos for 80 quid less. Oh I asked if her supervisor could ring me back to discuss there mistake which has already cost me time money and major inconvenience and still waiting. Once ive paid my balance I wont be using again. Oh and off course they can offer interest free as nearly all there goods are roughly 30% more expensive than somewhere like amazon anyway sometimes double in price. Feel badly let down

Excellent choice of products available, from clothing to technology, sport and home wares it's all there. The payment options offer flexibility to fit your financial needs (although with a fairly lofty interest applied). The prices on some items are competitive, but the majority of items are more expensive (some considerably more) than companies like Very and the high street. Overall I say that K&Co are ideal for small purchases like non branded clothes and home wares, but I would avoid buying big brands and in particular tech such as laptops, ipads and Mobile phones as some are as much as £100 more than the competition and if you pay over extend periods a lot of interest is applied.

I bought 2 wardrobes from kandco last year and within 6 months we have had to repair them twice and they still are not very good quality then recently we bought a black glass top bar table which was very wobbly and when we tried to fix it, it fell apart so we had to send it back and get a replacement they were very helpful and sent a replacement within 2 days.
