Item received damaged, one part smashed to bits, could not return as it was a bed for grandson and we had disposed of his cot in readiness. After emailing I was offered 10% discount, I really wanted the damaged parts sent, wrote to Head Office, no reply ~ then offered £28 off price which I accepted, then received an email to say could not be approved until a specialist team looked into it. I telephoned (very annoyed), obviously a trainee who said I don't know what youre on about! Eventually he said it would be applied ~ still waiting for confirmation ~ God help anyone who has a query!

As a platinum customer, after spending thousands upon thousands of pounds with this company, not only have i had one of the most stressful situations but some of the most confusing relating to one pair of jeans, which i have been charged twice for!!!! So let's start i received a dress from a very account holder but my name was on the packet so i phoned straight away with apologies from them, i explained i worked and therefore needed a courier anytime/anyday after 5pm i got home friday and i had a card that said they'd been at 2.00pm, I phoned up again and still being calm about it they rearranged another pickup for me i said to them saturday all day im free, but guess what they turned up over an hour late which means i can't do anything, I now have to wait 14 days for a refund for a fault that's not even mine As soon as i've paid off this item, i'll be closing my account with them indefinitely. customer service was unenthusiastic, the conversation between the company and courier must be non existent how could this company still be in business is beyond me.

I have been shopping with kandco for absolutely years. I am now in the planning stages for Xmas and my son would like an iPad air. Naturally I have shopped around. I expect items to be slightly more expensive at kandco due to being able to pay it up however over £600 for an item tht sells for around £329 elsewhere is absolutely ridiculous. Seriously considering not using this company any more

Ages to get through by phone one advisor tells me one thing another advisor tells me something else,left me feeling stressed trying to sort it out.

I have been customer over 20 years with unblemished payt record. Inadvertently missed june payt because of holiday and oversight. No gentle reminder and opportunity to put right but put as non payt on credit file. I am devastated and incredulous that the loyalty and many thousands of pounds I have spent with you has meant absolutely nothing. It has upset me greatly. I think my association with K&Co may be coming to an end.

charges customers for products within a day of ordering and adds this full month payment onto the bill even though they havent even recieved it. plus items are added withing a wekk of ordering. not happy. what happened to free home approval????

I ordered a present for a baby shower I have still not received it 3 weeks later, I rang to be told they had no idea and would be in contact I have still not heard from them and had to embarrass myself by turning up to the baby shower with no gift completely disgraceful in my opinion, and when I click on my account it still states original delivery date and in transit 👎

I recently tried to order some items on line from you and found I had been blocked and rang the order line to ask for the reason why. The man I spoke to was very rude first it sounded as if he was eating something then he argued with me , he asked me for the item numbers of the dresses I wanted I said there are no item numbers on line and after a ridiculous conversation about item numbers I gave up and asked again why I had been blocked and he said he hadn't a clue and put me through to customer services. The lady I spoke to had no idea why I couldn't order on line either but ordered the dresses by description. I have been with your company for a good many years and have never been treated like this so I am seriously thinking of closing my account with you, things have changed In your company and not for the better.
