Customer service doesn't get much more better than this.
K&Co always keeps you informed of delivery status updates which I find convenient around a busy lifestyle on top their friendly couriers.

Years of service.
I have been shopping with Kays/Great Universal for at least 25 years. The quality of products is really good, from when my children were little til now when i just buy products for myself. In years past when everything was done over the phone,the staff were always friendly and helpful.,Even now wehn i have to call them they are still there to help....Now using the Internet do do everything it's easier still. Prompt delivery and informed at all times to any delays that may occur. The payment methods always helped too when I had my young family. And still helps now to spread the cost!!! I just love to look, order, try...with the 14 day approval...brilliant. Love Kandco.....

Best service ever
We live off mainland Britain ad the deliveries here can be random at best. Kays deliver a fantastic service which is 98% on time and regularly early. Fantastic!

never ever have I been diapointed in any item I have purchaced
The trouser from my last order are exactly what you said about them good fit stylish i will give them a five star. Top is different to what I am use to but yes i love it and had a lot of compliments on it another 5 star thank you K&co. All my purchases have made from Kay@Co have been excerlent never been let down and most of all I love the rewards you give when you can treat yourself and I would reccomend you to any one thankyou Mavis

Speedy Delivery, In Half The Time Expected
I ordered ten items, on line, on the sunday night. was informed they would be delivered to my local shop on tuesday. Got a text to my phone on monday lunchtime, telling me my parcel was ready to pick up. So popped along to collect. So from ordering to clothes home ready to try on, less than 24 hours!
