Items are delivered, on most occasions next day you receive txts to tell you how your order is progressing so you don't have to wait in all day which is a big plus. The quality of goods has always been very good and with the added bonus of commision makes prices very competitive and I love the sales.

K and Co have a wide range of branded and own label products and items can be purchased on 20 weeks interest free credit (longer terms with interest are available for some items, subject to status), so if you choose to pay this way you will always be paying off the items within this time, an excellent way if you are on a budget. I have ordered a wide range of goods from K and Co from clothes to electrical items and white goods. I have also taken out their extended warranty on items and when I had to claim as an item had a fault it was dealt with quickly and professionally. They have clothing ranges for petite, tall and larger ladies (like me), the larger range has items which are available up to a size 32, although even in their 'normal' range some items are available up to a size 24. They also have ranges currently by Fearne Cotton, Colleen Rooney, Lipsy to name a few. You also have the option of free returns which can be arranged online if you find it difficult to get out to a post office, and will be collected by courier, as well as a choice of delivery dates (they only charge for next day delivery) and I have never been let down by items not arriving when they are due unless they have been held up unexpectedly (usually due to adverse weather on the odd occasion this has occurred) and I have always been kept well informed if this has occurred. To sum up, K and Co are reliable, trustworthy and efficient.

They are very prompt with delivery and you can even get next day delivery which not all catalogue offer. They offer the best customer service by far compare to most company i ideal with and are always trying to help and unlike some of there competitors which just try to sell you new products very time you call. There product are great value for money and they have a great choice and even let you pre order which most catalogue i have come across don't let you. I have been shopping with K&Co now for sometime and I find their sales and service second to none. I have ordered quite a few items and everything has arrived on time and if not, a time and date was given, and items usually arrived close enough to stated date. Their customer service offices and staff are second to none. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, obliging and always make you feel at ease ... you are the customer ... and you come first .. at all times.. I have never had cause to seriously complain about anything connected with Kand Co... I can and do Highly recommend them 100%. The range of bedding is great but if you just want something cheap and cheerful then the basic range is tremendous value for money,I have just acquired duvet sets,flat sheets a boxed valance and set of 4 pillowcases and because there was a asale on got it all for just a small amount of money,be all paid for soon.Great!!!
