This catalogue has a great choice of products with easy payment options, my only wish is for cheaper clothes

I have used the catalogue since 1976 when it was Great Universal and both my children were very small. All of my clothing needs have been satisfied in all of those years. I particularly like being able to try on clothes at home instead of an impersonal changing room in a town/city store. Since retiring a couple of years ago I have had to rethink my expenditure due to a much reduced budget and find my needs are better satisfied elsewhere. This decision is down to price alone, as I have the quality taken care of. I am no longer able to buy as regularly as I once did.

I have always received my purchases within a couple of days of placing my order. All of my items have been good quality. I also love the fact that you can return unwanted items frew of charge. My only disappointment is that I have recently been looking for maternity wear amd you don't have any apart from underwear. Will there be a selection available any time soon? Would definitely makes purchases if you had some available! Thanks. X

I used Kand co for years, long before you changed your name and incorporated other companies. When you were Kays I had an account as I did with empire stores and great universal. It was a shock when you all came together, but in a nice way as you were then all under one umbrella. You and I have been together throughoutbmy Married life. Between us we have clothed my Husband, my sons and my grandchildren as well as providing household effects. You have been there for Christmas and Birthdays and Christenings and marriages. We have been a partnership. Having been together now for over 40 years I think you can say we are well and truely established

The clothes i have recieved are of good quality. They arrived quickly too. So far so good with kandco.

On this occasion, I was very pleased with the service I received. I ordered an item for my husband and was told that it would be delivered in five days time. It actually arrived in two days, which I was very happy with. It was the correct item, and the man who answered my phone call, was very helpful. I was able to use my commission against the purchase, although to date have not received my next account, to confirm that this has been done. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Excellent choice of just about everything. Some items can be a little overpriced but it's just so convenient. The best online shopping experience by far. The customer service is of a very high standard and when things go wrong, which is extremely rare, they go out of their way to rectify the problem. Their buy now pay later option has got to be the best offer available on any retail website. A FULL 12 months in which to pay it off. Interest free too if you pay it all in that period. I'm a great fan of using this option. All in all, a great shopping experience and a very helpful customer service team. Shame all high street shops can't be this good!!
