I've only had an account with Kandco for a couple of months and I was, initially, very happy with them. However, I was then sent an offer where if I spent over £50 I would receive a £10 credit on my account. I ordered some boots and an SD card to a total value of £57 pounds. The boots were too large. I am 48 years old and have been buying size 9 since the age of 16, they always fit. These were HUGE on me so I rang to ask if I could change them to a smaller size. I was told yes I could but would lose my £10 offer!!! I feel that this is unjust as it's not my fault that these boots are clearly oversized. I will now only procure items where size does not matter. Poor form Kandco!! Kandco have lost a lot of potential revenue from me now as I will not risk making the same mistake again. It was all still one order and the discount should still have applied. I feel that I was done out of £10. I have now procured my boots from elsewhere.

Websit crashes alot. Started as a customer when it was Kays so about 10 years now. Like any company it has its ups and downs. Last few items I have ordered I have had problems with the delivery, not in stock and updating my accunt on line. Very frustrating. When they do get it right they are spot on. Statements I find are not clear and very confusing. I ordered a lot of lounge furniture in sale but when I put it through the checkout the sale price vanished. I then requested buy now pay later and the overal price now is with the interest on. I intend to have all this paid of in two months but dont actually know what price will be paying. Best be the sale price or they can shove it, quality is cheap stuff for high prices.

Quick delivery on items , i do purchase a lot of items on sale or reduced , but there's also a couple of items at full price of which i have not earned commission on at all. Beware as commission is not always paid.

Deliveries have been send from KAYS then returned to KAYS but we have not had the deliveries to my home. KAYS have credited me for those deliveries but my customers were waiting for them and have therefore cancelled.

Poor range of products - and high prices topped with less options to spread the cost now 20 or (52 weeks only being applied to +£100 item sales not total order) also you have to option to buy now pay later with intrest rate of almost 40% almost doubles the cost of the item on 3 years payback, when i comes to returning fauty goods they are more intrested in passing to buck back to the manufacters rarther than deal with it themselfs - often with very poor oftercare from the makers - the good things are free delivery and free returns, but thats about it,

Delivery is usually very quick but the prices are often double that of other web sites so I usually buy elsewhere.

Excellent website, super fast delivery and returns not had any problems with this company, only one criticism,hence the star rating, I telephoned to return a deep fat fryer (the handle had totally collapsed) as it was passed the approval date , the initial menu is a waste of time as you give your account details (automated) only to have repeat them again to an operator, this call cost me £1.49 just to be told to return as normal and enclose a letter regarding the fault, not happy about this.

while Kandco is handy when you don't have the cash there and then, things are more expensive than going and buying on the high street, the interest rate for buy now pay later is quite expensive as most people get paid calender monthly ,it is difficult to pay by Direct debit as the payments are expected 4 weekly, some items description's are lacking in detail and you have to google them for more info, also to call to the call center is expensive and no alternative geographic no, is given, they do offer to call you back, but when you've waited for 10 mins listening to "your call is important to us" you want an answer there and then as it has already cost you 60pence as it is
