I've been with this company for decades, since it was Marshall Ward in fact. I've always earned commission (now rewards) and always been more than happy with them in general. I've just discovered that the most recent order I placed (£944) will not be earning any rewards because I used £13 of my already earned rewards towards it when I placed the order, making it a non-full price item! I've been in contact with them and they aren't budging! Way to scam £100 rewards out of customers! Seriously! I'll be looking for another catalogue company today (one that isn't anything to do with the same company) and will start getting my items from them. Terrible way to keep hold of loyal, long-standing customers! Very saddened by this!

I got an email yesterday(saturday)from kay&co stating they were sorry they'd missed me,left a card, but would try to deliver Monday! Strange thing is that as I'm disabled+take over 200 pills a day, I have Carers ON-SITE 24hrs a day+there is absolutely NO WAY the lying delivery driver even bothered trying to deliver! Guess what? No card either as they have to gain access to the SEALED MAILBOXES by pushing a button that is covered by CCTV!! This isn't the 1st,2nd or 3rd time but after complaining AGAIN TO KAY+co all I got was a "fob off" email that I replied to but even the answer I got back just proved to me that their so called customer service clearly hadnt read either email or that they even cared!!! Other people have said how poor things have become since Empire were taken over and after this latest escapade I heartily agree with them. Wait+see how low my purchases are for the next year. There's lots of other online retailers offering the same things but I bet customer services are better, after all, the customers pay their wages!

couldnt get the colour i wanted so ordered the beech one ,for 465.00 made in foreign parts to say im not happy is a understatment the brackets that hold the table together had a fault that should of been picked up at quality control quite frankly the table should not of been sent out holes in the tree knots in the underneath that had wedges glued in the table top wobbles. thankfully i purchased insurance so when it falls apart i will get a replacement.

My bed sofa arrived broken, and when i rang to arrange a replacement, they had to submit a second order for a full price one, at £200 more than i paid. They said i have to contact them once the new sofa arrives and get the price changed back down. I do hope they honour their word or i will have to send it back. I also have to wait another 2 weeks for the exchange, putting it past the date i needed the sofa for. A lot of fuss for a simple exchange.

Tried to place an order, was given my initial credit limit of £750, order value was £429, wanted to to take advantage of buy now pay later, adds interest straight away and brought the order up to £809, so the order wouldn't go through. Why offer options like that if you add the interest anyway?

I Brought two (Kensington Ready Assembled 2-Door Display Unit & Kensington 3-Door Display Unit) display units dont match up. Images look different in catalogue. Kensington Ready Assembled 2-Door Display Unit. Bottom section was ruined before entering my house. The company has excellent customer service and unit was replaced quickly, but i have to watch moving because units have only two joints at back and not sides. (More holes in my walls.) Both units top section not screwewd down,

recently sent for a new mobile phone due to very poor discription on website I needed a new sim card so decided to send it back after I sent it back I then found out I could have used a new sim in it and kept all my details number etc so now I am waiting for k c to credit the phone so I can reorder it due to there poor discription very disapointed whith k c mr john wilson

Tried to cancel but told not possible so have to either reject delivery or accept item and phone a 0844 number to arrange return. Did what I should have done in first place purchased a better quality at PCWorld at a cheaper price.
