KandcoReviews of kandco.com

AS STATED BOUGHT SOME SLIPPERS £78 price dropped two hours later contacted kandco to ask if they would take the £20 of seeing as they hadn't shipped yet and was basically told NO ...i would have to refuse delivery and then reorder stupid policy especially for a customer that regularly with family spend £6000 plus each year

There is a vast range of shopping available however, things cost a lot more than they would in a shop and even from their sister company Very. That being said the ordering process is straight forward, fast delivery and with the many payment options it's a great way to shop.

Overall, the catalogue isn't too bad. Personally, I think there is too much extra charge on goods, especially electronic items, i.e an iron was almost double the price on here than in shops. I do expect a bit of an increase but that's too much. Also billing statements should be different. To me there should be two balances if you are paying on the bnpl scheme because you can't see what the balance is on your previous items or a separate statement. I unfortunately thought I paid for an item on the bnpl within the time limit and because I hadn't clicked the bnpl button to pay, I naturally just paid on the balance, the interest was added and I was mortified. Also it gives a false reading because you add the interest on the balance at the beginning. I don't think it should be included until time has almost expired and you could inform customers beforehand

Delivery was quick but orders one of one one of 4 items I ended up going to click and collect 4 times even if the parcels have to go in seperate parcels can it not be arranged for have less trips to get them ..Even when I had collected them all I got a text saying one was being sent back ..I rang to find if one had been just to be to l had them all and just about got cut off by the customer service advisor

I have been using the catalogues' for 40 years as an agent and customer and have to say have seen the quality of products go down and they say you get 14 days approval before you buy but you don't order item October 17 received statement 30 October and have to make 4 weeks payment hows that work also customer accounts closed because they had zero balance told had 2 months before it would be closed but soon as received letter phoned to order but told already closed and now even accounts that are still running they can not order fed up with having to phone to sort out problems with there account as well lets see what happens with the order i have put in on Friday for a customer

ridiculous high prices, but you can bagg a bargin, if you can't afford it straight out then this is one option try not to take out on 12 months interest free and if you do try paying it back before the time is up as the interest is high on top of the original high price, services are good with fast delivery would I recommend a friend yes but be carefull not to over spend

I ONLY BUY WHEN YOU HAVE REDUCED YOU TOP PRICE ON GOODS ie SALE TIME. WHY CAN YOU NOT BE MORE PRICE SAVVE YOU WOULD SELL MORE GOODS OR ARE YOU OVER HEADS TO HIGH?.

If you find a pair of trousers that you really like and decide to buy another pair exactly the same are they a different fit? Surely they should all be exactly the same, but they are not. Some have a slightly shorter/longer leg or the waist fit is slightly tighter/looser. You would have thought that the makers all have the same measurements and work to those measurements but it seems not, so my advice is to order more pairs than you want and keep the ones you like best!
