I can sit with a cup of coffee in the comfort of my own home and order from my Kindle. Delivery is always earlier than quoted and it's almost like "your wish is my command" . Also very easy to return items so I can enjoy trying things on and having a good look before I decide to buy.

From the ease of ordering online with so many payment options and delivery options Kays is just perfect. Delivery was on time and I was kept informed through the entire process. I would highly recommend Kay and Co to everyone.

Christine and thanks for your O.
After what is probably 30 years or more, I am still a faithful customer. This company has provided consistently good service and, the odd occasion I have had reason to contact them (to speak to a human being no less!), I have always been spoken to in a professional but friendly manner (these being a couple of account queries and maybe a delivery question ... not much else as everything is so clear). The products are always of good quality (I have purchased cookers and washing machines to underwear) and have never returned an item due to faults after wearing/washing etc. Delivery is excellent. Well done Kays and thank you.

I have been shopping with K&Co for more years than I care to remember, I have always found it easy and hassle free. I have lost count of the items I have purchased over the years, but each time I have shopped with them I have found it so easy. What is especially good is the free delivery and returns. In this day & age it goes a long way in helping people to save money when these costs are free. So I hope to continue enjoying the shopping experience with K&Co for long into the future.

K and Co is ideal as you can browse the fashions etc from the comfort of your own own. The choice is excellent with sizes for everyone. The delivery is excellent and everytime my parcel arrives before or on the date specified. The payment options are ideal and if I need to contact customer services , the staff are most helpful.
