EXCELLENT! As the title suggests, I've been shopping with KandCo for 11 years and they've earned my loyalty. Excellent customer service, easy and quick to use website. Could give an option to cancel the hard copy of the catalogue, (I don't think I've come across that if it does exist.) Would love to see them branch out into some more specialised areas like cycle gear/running gear, (with a bigger selection of technical kit) and the electrical side of things is often a lot cheaper elsewhere. Perhaps they could pass savings made from the cost of catalogues into that area and tempt people a bit more,..... ....... but even if they don't do any of the above I will continue shopping with them!

For the efficiency of the collections on returns. Can improved on notifying customers when orders become rejected for some reason or another. Overall service is very good.

Items are delivered quickly, often next day at no extra charge. No fuss returns policy, never any quibble. Quite a good range of stock: K&Co online is a well thought out site, easy to use and easy on the eye.

I am amazed how quickly clothing and small parcels arrive. This time however, despite being ordered the same time and received at the depot the same time, my two large items of furniture arrived seperately which meant taking two days off work. Had this not been the case it would definately been 5 stars.

Goods always arrive on time sometimes earlier,driver always polite and not a problem sending it back,i usually use the post office to save having to wait in.

Goods are delivered on time and they keep you well informed of delays when awaiting stock. The website is easy to use and a great way of keeping track of your account and orders.

Order deliveries are really fast and whenever i've sent anything back it's shown on my account really quickly. I've not had to deal with customer services etc so i can't comment on that. I pay my bill online monthly and have never had a problem. The quality of the goods is really good and i find you get what you pay for. Some things are a little 'pricey' but on the whole i find K&CO really good.

They are a good site but they can be very expensive for certain items. It is possible you could be paying a lot more for electricals like TV etc compared to somewhere like currys. I have never had a problem with customer service and had an electrical item refunded to my account with no problems. You can pay interest free on most items for either 20 or 52 weeks but for more expensive items you can spread the cost for longer but be hit with a hefty interest rate 29.9%. Although you can do a buy it now pay later and pay before the date and avoid this charge. I would recommend them but be careful if ordering a lot at one time as it can add up to a lot with out realising for you monthly bill.
