KandcoReviews of kandco.com

i am very pleased with everything so far, delivery hasn't been great but apart from that everything is fine, I bought a barrel bag and when it turned up it was a lot smaller than what I expected, but it worked out fine, I'm still happy with it, so yeah, can't wait to buy more things!

find sometimes the quality of the clothes is not very good. sizes can be misleading on occasions. very prompt delivery and return service. staff are always polite and helpful, whatever the query or complaint.

well i must say everything turned up on time as i was trying to find something for my party, the availability of size's & item's was not good, that could be much better, and trying to make a return or contact kandko via there web site was very hard i tried for days still is not working,so i called over a week and 5 calls later it took to make a return and one day wasted waiting in for them to come.and i seem to only get offers after iv'e placed a order worth alot so i can't use..could be much better as iv'e been a customer for a long time.....

after being with Gt Uni for years the only problem i have had is just after the switchover to K&Co i ordered some Converse boots for my son for his hols but after six months they fell apart i contacted the customer services the told me to send them back. They were later returned to me a month later with a note saying they were not bought from the catalogue even though i returned them in original box i got no customer service on this matter and in this one instance was very disappointed.

i have been a customer for many years and i am also a customer for other catologs but i think this is the best one to have because they have a lot more for your money.

I was disappointed when Empire amalgamated with K&Co as I'd been a customer for many years. The free delivery is good and I hope it keeps up. Some items are more expensive reflecting the times. Up to now all my purchases - which tend to be on the larger items have been very good. So far no complaints. I commend the phone staff on their helpful and polite attitude.

exellent service and fast despatches the only downside is that goods are more expensive than other catalogues

I've been shopping online with Kandco for several years, I've found them to be very reliable. Deliveries, standard or express, they're always on time, returning items for what ever reasons, are effortless and simple allowing me to order more than one items before deciding on which best suit my needs, and returning the other. On the phone, I found them to be always helpful and polite. In the past I had ordered certain items and was disappointed to find they were out of stock, however these were few and far between, overall, Kandco provides an excellent service
