Nothing but trouble which I find surprising because I have shopped here for a while now but this order has been trouble. I have contacted KandCo so many times with promises of call backs and help and none came. Cancelled the order and went to amazon. Guess what delivery within four days. OUCH.

Ordered a bed last year took forever and a day to deliver and numerous phone calls. Ordered a blu ray player a few weeks ago and paid for next day delivery and surprise surprise they failed to deliver on time. Rubbish company

delivery date 20 3 13 chair dispatched.now 23 3 13 where is it coming from,stayed in four days to no avail. 25 3 13 still no chair.

They are very good in taking your money but when they have to sort out a problem they don't care at all. I have been shopping with them for a several years and seemed to be all right until recently when some mistake happened and my parcel was delivered by them to my old account address instead to the current one. I rang them and told them that they did an error and all they said was that because I placed the order online they can take responsibility where the parcel was delivered to and all its my fault. so I have to pay for something I did not get. I made a few phone calls and spoke to different customer agents. One of them told me they will investigate it and let me know what is going to happened next. That all happened December 2012 now is middle of March 2013 and I heard nothing from them.I am considering complaining to the financial ombudsman.

Waited in on Christmas eve for a dress which I had ordered on a 7-12 delivery with a charge of 4.95, by 12.30 no dress, rung k&co which they were very good in cancelling the delivery charge but by 1pm still no dress!! So rung k&co again and had to cancel delivery as I was goin away for Christmas so really needed dress in the time slot stated! Very upset that I had to go away for Christmas without a new outfit not very impressed with the service as a new customer!

A good friend of mine wanted to get her teenage daughter a new bed for christmas. Great when she saw a bed with free mattress. Bed came but no mattress !!! She told me and I called the customer service dept. Oh yes Mrs ***** we will sort that out for you. Christmas eve my friend had to take the cushions of her sofa and use these as a matress !!!! Ho Ho Ho thank you so much for sorting this out before Christmas NOT !!!!! Still no mattress and it's 29th !!!

it used to be a good company ,but not any more parcels dont get delivered but still get charged you ring them and they dont seem to care ,ordered a christmas present in november it was in stock was supposed to be delivered on 5 dec it is now dec 20 still not arrived
