The bolt on my Fast Track didn't fit in the new wheels but thanks to my 94 year old father he put a bigger bolt on his lathed to size. The new wheels ride so much smoother. I know it's an old school exerciser but it's easy on the joints.

The product, wheels for a Fast Track, were mostly fine. One of them needed some expert help to get on. The service was great. I sent an email because I wasn't sure what I bought, and received a very nice, helpful response. And my Fast Track is much more pleasant to use.

Was great on price and shipped fast just wish shipping to Hawaii was cheaper

Have not used your company in a while. Seems like we just haven't needed the products you carry. Although a gym we service is looking to freshen up their equipment with new grips and rollers that I know you carry. Only thing I could think was an issue is that it seemed to take a while to get parts in.

Very happy with the parts the price of the parts was good shipping was way too expensive.

Tracking and timing were good. Except one of the eight wheels didn't have a collar on it.

The only burden and I understand is that the delivery needs to signed. UPS was trying to make the delivery but I was at work whenever they showed up so they couldn’t make the drop. The gym I workout at uses you barbell. I really like them good bang for the buck.
