KampartsReviews of kamway.com

Ordered a pair of dumb bell handles which when received are excellent and worth the money in today's inflated workout fitness market. I would have given 5 stars if my order had started the way it finished. My order was delayed probably because of Fedex. Not really sure. My order was received and processed. Email tracking updates said it had been shipped but it ended up in Georgia instead of California. The good news is one call to customer service and I received the it the next day!

Service and Portal good. Still needs accurate tracking. Still waiting on parts to arrive.

Kamway had an excellent deal on 5 Lifefitness Treadmill decks, where it was nearly half the total cost of any other fitness parts provider. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was because I had to send a reminder to process my order, but other than that, they were great, and I will continue to shop at Kamway for my customers equipment needs.

I ordered some parts. They were delivered on time and well packaged. I’m satisfied with the product and the fast response from this company.

You have a good line of products and kind phone operators. Somethings I help you with your products description's and most of the time your people help the great line of products and good, polite customer service. Glad to work with you Kamparts!

Happy with the purchase except the holes were a little undersized. Luckily my husband is a machinist and was able to bore out the hole slightly larger so it would work as a replacement on my Total Gym.

I would like to see the shipping cost, instead of it showing that a quoute will be provided and never come in.

Stuff was delivered, in great condition, and on time, to my neighbor across the street 🤣. Seriously, though, you guys are miracle workers. When everybody else on the web was either out of stock or price-gouging, you were almost too good to be true, but you were real :)
