I ordered three personalised tumblers of two dogs - two for the owners and one for myself, the dog-sitter. The three tumblers had each of our names, and we each have individual nicknames for the dogs - all came printed correctly. The choice of breed and colours to select from was extensive and we got two that perfectly represented the dogs. International postage to Australia was super-fast. Couldn't be happier!

I noticed I had spelled a name wrong. I contacted the company by email and they said they would make the necessary changes. The changes did not get done since I contacted them again. Within 2 weeks I had a correct replacement in my hands. I love it! They didn't give me the runaround at all. They were wonderful to work with and it is an amazing cup!!!
