kalliegear.comReviews of kalliegear.com

I have not received my order or despatch date but the money has been taken from my bank account on the 18th of October two weeks after the order was placed telling me payment failed so where is it not received

I ordered the Darts hat. Picture looks like high quality hat with actual stitching, its printed. Color on website is way more vibrant than what it actually is. Horrible quality for 29.95 USD - waste of money. Also shipped in a plastic bag so the hat was all bent out of shape when it arrived. Would have been nothing to complain about if it wasn't price as a premium hat, worth about 3 dollars.

I’m dissatisfied because of the resending the item!!! I ordered a cell phone cover, and however I did put wrong apt number, but I had to wait 2 months before kalliegear received the item back to reship. The problem is Kalliegear wants to me pay more shipping, however, I was ok with that, but when I went to pay the $8 for extra shipping, it added 5.99 more, so Kalliegear offered 10% off. Still leads to paying $13 for reshipping… Kalliegear just keep the item and my $30, I will never order again, and I will keep writing bad reviews😡😡😡😡

EDIT ..Responding to your reply,it took me over a month to get my item, which you spelled wrong, told me it would be another month,I stand by my review!!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars, waited a month they spelled it wrong, but I would have to wait another month to have it fixed.said they would refund, charged my card AGAIN before I got refund, absolutely sucks!!!!

I have been ripped off twice by this company. My first hat didn't include the logo I wanted and not the color I ordered. The second hat din't have the name I selected for it - it had no name at all.

Ordered Father's Day gift of cap with our pets w/names. It was to be here in time, but that is not the case. If it isn't here by the Monday after fathers day I am requesting full refund.

I ordered a mug with a library picture on it. I never received any receipt etc. It was over 7 weeks before it finally showed up. I couldnt even track it because i had no info., company name etc. I finally received it and the handle was broken right off at the mug. I had no return info , there nothing on the package. I had to wait for the fb ad to pop up so i could get their attention. I wrote under some of the comments of people that had issues with them I.E. broken product, long waits, nothing showing up at all. I told them my experience. Plus the cup was advertised as much larger than it was. It was very small. Was supposed to be 15oz. The company got in touch with me on messenger when they saw i was a dissatisfied consumer. I had to pay in American funds, im Canadian so the cup cost me $30. When they messaged me they said they would have to have a picture of it broken. This now was several months after i got it, no return address, receipt or info. I had watched for the ad to come around again which it recently did. They said because i didnt have a picture of the product they couldnt replace it or refund me. They offered 50% off on my next purchase. Thats a total rip off. If i was to reorder another mug ive already paid $30 for it so i would have to pay another $15 so it would end up being a mug i paid $45 for!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Obviously this company knows nothing about customer service. They are a total rip off. I would NEVER buy anything from them again nir woukd i recommend anyone else buying anything!
