To anyone reading this, I promise the 5 star reviews are written by Kakobuy themselves - this website scammed me, after I purchased all of the items and paid for shipping, the package never arrived and customer support just keeps dodging and avoiding the refund. After some further research, Kakobuy is the rebranding of a website called Hagobuy, which exit scammed not too long ago - PLEASE do not buy from this website!!!

First time was pretty good. Ordered 5 things for total 180€(including shipping). Second time wasnt really great. Everything arrived to the kakobuy storage place in 4 days but two items didnt so i returned. Then i paid 180€ for 10 products and they only sent 9 of them. They couldnt even refund me.

I ordered 5 times and it went really well 4 times. 4 days ago I ordered products for 240€ with trustly as a payment method and when I clicked pay it said payment failed. when I took a look at my bank account 240€ were gone. I contacted the support. they take really long to check your payment (more than 2 days) and in the end all that they said to me is „Hello friend, we're very sorry. The relevant staff has informed us that you actually haven't paid for this order. Thank you.“ but i paid full price for the order. when i contacted the trustly support they told me that kakobuy 100% recieved my money. would never order again - 240€ gone edit: after more than a month of texting the kakobuy support and the trustly support, I got my money back. I would recommend using kakobuy if you can pay with paypal and if you want to pay the high paypal taxes. The support via Discord is pretty shit, they always answer with the same copy-paste texts but all in all, if the payment works, the agent delivers your parcel reliable

This site is pretty shit! I ordered 2 pair of shoes. When i asked them where my shoes are they answer they are in warehouse now. I had to pay them for shipping same price as costed 2 pair of shoes. I said wtf! I am not going to pay this. So i wanted to cancel the order! But they told me i can do it in my application. I went to do it. But didnt see where to do it! So i send them email if they can tell me step by step where i can do it. They send email time is up! i cannot cancel order anymore. I was like wtf! Pretty crap. So they have money for my shoes now 56$ because i am not going to pay 57$ for shipping. I will never shop there anymore. Very unhappy with this site. It never happend to me before with other site

Good shipping time, easy to refund, although it does sometimes take a dollar or two out of the refund, lots of coupons as well.
