From all of the other agents i have used this one is for sure the best, its easy to buy, you get good qc pictures, the support is good. they have a lot of coupons which none of the other agents had and it has the cheapest shipping i came across so far for sure reccomend this agent.

Korzystałem z Kakobuy i ogólnie jestem zadowolony. Zamówienie zostało zrealizowane bez większych problemów, a paczka dotarła w rozsądnym czasie. Kontakt z obsługą był w porządku – odpowiadali na pytania i pomagali, kiedy było to potrzebne. Ceny są konkurencyjne, a cały proces zamawiania jest dość prosty. Oczywiście zdarzyły się drobne opóźnienia, ale nie wpłynęło to znacząco na moje doświadczenie. Jeśli utrzymają taki poziom obsługi, na pewno jeszcze skorzystam z ich usług.

I used Kakobuy for a long time, but I have now finally decided to switch to a different agent. Their customer service is highly incompetent and rarely addresses questions or requests effectively. Packages are made unnecessarily heavy and bulky due to excessive plastic packaging, even though I always specifically ask for it not to be included. I am very dissatisfied and would strongly recommend that everyone choose a different agent.
