Scam company. Deliberately running false and misleading advertising and dishonestly taking your money for services they do not offer. Do not give these liars and cheats your money.

These guys are scammy and practice terrible communication!!! I tried several times to cancel and they still won't undo my subscription to them. Adrian, one of their customer service reps has been so ignorant.

Started a free trial which I cancelled before the cutting date due to the poor user experience. 10 months later and they keep charging me for a subscription I haven't used whatsoever!! Worse thing is, after getting no resolution through email. I called my bank to block their transactions and somehow the still found a way to keep deducting me under a different entity name! This is a clear abuse of my private information. The Customer Support has been terrible (been contacting them since Sep 2023). They're now disregarding my emails and don't do anything to resolve it or provide a refund, which now leads me to write this review... CAREFUL WITH THIS PLATFORM - FAR FROM BEING SECURE.

So, when it comes to using this service, I actually liked the results. You can achieve videos, that although have limited movements, still resembles animation. I used Kaiber for a month, and I wanted to continue. Little did I know, that they would just take my money, without fulfilling their obligations. I purchased a monthly subscription with a musician discount. Used it for a week or so, and was out of credits. When I wanted to purchase more credits, I noticed that my credit card information was gone from the page. "Huh, that's weird." I thought. When I tried to add my card info again, I ended up in the world of pain. Suddenly, my subscription canceled automatically... I could not buy a new one. But the worst part, a WATERMARK was on my videos, THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! I remind you, that this was not supposed to happen, because my subscription did not expire, it was canceled by their system. So the videos I made were unusable, and the time that I paid for? They just took it, without providing a service in full. Support told me that they have a problem with a payment processor, and they will contact me when the issue is fixed. Fair enough. It's been two months. Nothing from the support. No updates, nothing. I will definitely never use this service again, and will not recommend it.

I bought credits months ago, i still have 500 credits and NOW i can't use them.. for those FEW things allowed i get a BIG watermark( that makes creation NOT usable ) i contacted their support this is their reply : " You will need to upgrade in order to remove the Kaiber watermark from your videos. " So they are telling me that what i bought became a donation, don't waste your money with them!! my account faccia_blu@ .... .it

Shortly after my subscription expired, my payment information was stolen and used. Super sketchy and my bank made note of it. Their payment portal is not secure, please be careful.

I was using the Explorer plan for months and I was really satisfied with it. At one point this plan couldn’t match my needs so I upgraded to the Pro plan. However, a few days after I subscribed and paid they just cancelled my account. Contacted support and I got an answer few days later that they are forwarding the issue to the technical team but it’s been more than a week now I cannot access the plan I paid for. [UPDATE]: they fixed the issue and I got a complimentary free month and an additional 1000 credits. Thanks for that!

I recently had a disheartening experience with Kaiber.ai, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their questionable practices. Initially, I was excited about joining Kaiber.ai and promptly subscribed to the Pro Plan without much thought to support this startup. Despite only using Kaiber.ai for a week during my two-month subscription, I was content with the results and saw potential in the content I had created. Here's the catch – during my subscription period, I created several videos that I considered my property, given that I had paid for the Pro Plan. However, upon the expiration of my Pro Plan and my transition to a Free User, Kaiber.ai sneakily added watermarks to the creations produced while I was a Pro member. It seems absurd that, despite being assured by their support team that my creations are my property, I now find watermarks on content for which I paid. I contacted support to address this issue, and they affirmed that my creations are indeed my property. The irony here is glaring. According to their response: "If you have a paid account, your creation is yours and you have commercial rights. If you cancel your paid plan, your creations, while you were a paid user, are still your own." To add to the frustration, I have 2100 points remaining that are now rendered useless, and I cannot download the creations made during my Pro membership as a Free user. This lack of logic in their approach feels like a betrayal of trust. It appears to be a deliberate attempt to coerce users into re-subscribing, employing tactics such as making it complicated to cancel a subscription or regain access if one forgets their password. In summary, my experience with Kaiber.ai has been marked by deceptive practices and a lack of transparency. Users should be cautious and aware of the hurdles they might face, as my unfortunate encounter serves as a testament to the disconcerting tactics employed by Kaiber.ai.
