We understand change can be frustrating, but we'd like to address some misconceptions. Superstudio has been our platform since September 2024 – over a year now. If the "original Kaiber" was so great, it's interesting that you haven't used our service in over a year. It's not node-based. Nodes are an optional advanced feature for users who want to create multi-step workflows and apply images to multiple generations simultaneously. The standard workflow doesn't require using nodes at all – it's actually very straightforward. All legacy features are still available: Flipbook, Motion, and Transform (now called Video Restyle 1) are all accessible in Superstudio. Superstudio is vastly improved. The old platform had only 3 features. Superstudio now offers over 18 features, including: Image Generation: Flux, Imagen 4, Recraft, Stable Diffusion V3.5, and more Video Generation: Kling 2.1, Veo 3, Luma Ray 2, Minimax, Runway, plus all legacy features Audio: AudioShake, Stable Audio Enhancement: Topaz upscaling, video upscale, lip sync Saying you "can't use it at all" suggests you haven't actually tried it. We encourage you to give Superstudio a genuine attempt – it's hundreds of times more powerful than the old version and just as easy to use for basic workflows. If you need guidance getting started, our support team is happy to help.

We're sorry you feel this way, but we'd like to clarify a few important points. Auto-subscription is industry standard. All trial-based services across the software industry work this way—trials run for a set period (typically 5-7 days), and if not cancelled before the trial ends, they convert to a paid subscription. This is standard practice, not unique to us. No misleading information. We clearly display the plan details multiple times: During trial signup: "You'll automatically move to the Creator Plan ($29/month) after 5 days. Cancel before then to avoid charges." At checkout: The terms are restated On your account page: Subscription details are visible at all times Easy cancellation process. There is no "trap." Canceling is straightforward: Click the profile icon (bottom left) Select 'Account' Click 'My Plan' Select 'Cancel plan' Customer support. We've reviewed the correspondence, and our support team responded politely and professionally to your emails. We aim to assist all customers respectfully. We understand frustration when trials convert unexpectedly, but our process follows industry standards and provides clear notice at every step.

You signed up, used your credits, and then requested a refund. No money was taken without your consent—the credits you purchased were spent. During your usage, you received guidance on how to get the best results with the AI. The prompts you entered weren’t suitable, and the images you uploaded were also not suitable, which left nothing for the system to animate. This was explained to you. For example, phrases such as “Make it happen” or "you added some stupid word below, stick to the image, don't add anything just animate" "Minimalistic logo animation, 2–3 seconds, clean vector style. Step 1: The word "MAKE" fades in at the top. Step 2: Blue and yellow stripes stretch outward, forming the Ukrainian flag, and reveal the word "IT". Step 3: The word "REAL" stretches in below. Smooth, fast transitions, only text and simple lines, no extra effects, cinematic clean motion." These aren’t valid prompts. Instead, you need to clearly describe what you want to see happen. Additionally, the model you used is not a text generator, so it won’t generate with those kinds of inputs. You also attempted to use the video restyler to generate a new video, which is not its purpose—it is designed for restyling existing videos only. Because the credits were fully used, a refund cannot be issued. The trial you were on is specifically designed to let users test and explore the tools before deciding if they fit their needs. It’s unfortunate that you chose not to follow the advice provided, as it would have helped you achieve better results.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to address your concerns with some clarifications. Subscription Billing: All trials automatically convert to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. We have no record of you contacting us about your subscription prior to renewal. Subscriptions run on a rolling monthly basis from your signup date, not from the start or end of a calendar month. For example, if you subscribed on the 18th, renewals occur on the 18th of each month. This is standard across all subscription-based platforms. At signup and checkout, you were clearly notified that your trial would automatically convert to the Creator Plan if not cancelled. This is standard practice for trials across all online services. Video Generation Issue: From your description, it sounds like you uploaded an image of yourself in a t-shirt and asked for a video in a tuxedo. The tools you likely used (Kling or Minimax) are video animators, not video restylers. They animate the image exactly as it appears—they don't change clothing or apply style transformations. If you wanted different styling applied, you would need to first edit or restyle the image (changing the t-shirt to a tuxedo) before uploading it to the video generator. Understanding the capabilities of different AI models is essential for getting the results you want. We're happy to help you learn how to use the platform effectively, please reach out if you'd like guidance.

We'd like to provide clarity on this situation for other readers. Communication & Access: We blocked access to our messenger due to verbally aggressive and hostile messages. We requested all further communication be handled via email to maintain professional correspondence. The full conversation is recorded for reference. Throughout the exchange, our team provided professional and respectful responses. Device Access: You stated you could only access our services through mobile. However, our records show you accessed your account via Mac multiple times, including when you initially created the account. You have since clarified you don't regularly work from a computer—but device access was not the issue preventing service use. Platform Access: You are not banned from the platform—only from the messenger due to aggressive communication. The mobile app remains available with all legacy features you referenced. Dispute Status: No dispute has been lost on our end. We await the investigation results you mentioned. Social Media: We are not responsible for your social media activity or engagement. We have no involvement in any suppression you're experiencing. We maintain professional standards in all customer interactions and do not tolerate aggressive or hostile communication. We've addressed your concerns factually and will not continue engaging in this back-and-forth. We wish you well with your future AI endeavors.

We're sorry you feel this way, but we'd like to provide some context.Account History: Your account dates back to 2023, and you've generated over 6,000 credits worth of videos over that time. This indicates significant usage of the platform.Pricing: Our pricing is competitive and comparable to other AI video platforms offering similar features and capabilities. Trial Notification: Users receive clear notification about subscription conversion at multiple points: At trial signup At checkout On the account page, including the trial end date You have 5 days' notice before any charges occur.Service Quality: Looking at your generation history, the AI has produced what was requested in your prompts. We're unclear on where the dissatisfaction stems from given your extensive use of the platform over the past two years. Third-Party Solutions: Like most AI platforms, we integrate best-in-class models and technologies to provide users with the widest range of high-quality options. This is standard industry practice and allows us to offer superior features. If you have specific concerns about your recent experience, we're happy to discuss them directly.

We'd like to clarify a few points about your experience.Trial Structure: We don't offer a free trial- it's a paid trial for $5 lasting 5 days. This is clearly outlined during signup, stating that it will convert to the Creator Plan ($29/month) after 5 days unless cancelled beforehand. This is transparent from the start and standard practice across all trial-based platforms. Cancellation Policy: Trials must be cancelled before they expire to prevent conversion to a paid plan. Contacting us after the trial has already converted and payment has been processed falls outside our refund policy, which is applied consistently to all users. Alternative Options: For users who prefer not to commit to subscriptions, we also offer pay-as-you-go and day pass options for maximum flexibility.Platform Features: You only used Kling Standard during your trial. Our platform offers over 18 different features that generate various styles, types, and lengths of video. Exploring more tools might have provided better results for your needs. Prompt Optimization: Your prompts needed more detail and dynamic keywords to produce better outputs earlier. Being descriptive and adding action-oriented language helps the AI generate more movement and engaging results. We understand the frustration, but our trial terms are clearly communicated and our policies are standard industry practice.
