If you're looking for Audio Reactive video generation, that's available through our Flipbook feature, which creates visuals that respond to audio/music. However, Audio Reactive requires two things: 1. An actual audio file uploaded or drag-and-dropped into the platform 2. A prompt with clear visual descriptions (colors, scenes, movements, objects, styles, etc.) Looking at your prompt it describes the song's theme and concept, but doesn't include any visual cues or descriptive elements for the AI to generate imagery from. For better results, your prompt needs to describe what you want to see visually. We're happy to provide guidance on crafting effective prompts for the results you're looking for. We'd like to clarify the situation based on our records. Subscription Management: You attempted to cancel through Google Play, but your subscription wasn't created there. Google Play only manages subscriptions purchased directly through their platform. Your subscription was created on our website in July, so it must be cancelled through your account on our website, not through Google Play. This is universally standard, subscriptions are managed where they were created. Payment History: Our records show one payment was made on July 20th. No further charges have been processed since then. If you're seeing additional charges, we'd need to review your bank statement to identify the source. Product Usage: After your initial subscription, you continued creating AI generations in August (August 2nd), using credits for multiple videos before contacting us on August 13th. Prompt Issues: Looking at your prompts, the output issues stem from the prompts themselves, not the platform: "Jaw development in growth years" "The 2 maxillas separating during growth of a young teen" "Illustration of the 2 maxillas" These prompts lack the visual descriptions AI needs, specific colors, movements, camera angles, artistic styles, lighting, textures, etc. AI video generators require detailed visual instructions to produce quality results. Trial-to-Paid Conversion: During signup, we clearly state twice, including in the trial details, that the 5-day trial will automatically convert to the Creator plan ($29) unless cancelled before the trial period ends. This is standard practice for trials and is disclosed upfront to ensure transparency. Cancellation: Trials must be cancelled before they expire to avoid conversion to a paid plan. All trials follow this same process. Deleting your account after the trial has already converted and payment has been processed does not reverse the charge. Refunds: Our refund policy is applied consistently across all users. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund terms apply. Transform is a legacy model that restyles entire videos, which naturally takes longer to process. You didn't refine or iterate on either prompt after the initial attempt. Prompt Issues: The main problem was prompt structure, not the platform. Your prompts used abstract, conceptual language rather than clear visual instructions: Transform prompt: Described what already existed in the video ("fine sacred geometric patterns," "spiritual atmosphere") instead of defining how you wanted it to change. Phrases like "sacred energy activation" are conceptual, not visual directions. Kling prompt: Mixed action instructions ("Add luminous decoding energy," "light should pulse") with style guidance ("realistic reflections," "cinematic lighting"), creating confusion. Terms like "cosmic activation sequence" and "sacred energy particles" are too abstract for AI to interpret visually. Additionally, you used negative prompting ("Do not replace or repaint"), which doesn't work with our models, and your prompt contained emojis. The Core Issue: AI video generation requires concrete visual descriptions—specific colors, textures, lighting types, camera movements, and recognizable visual references.
