I found my credit analysis very quick

This is by far the worst company to do business with. I missed my pay off by a couple days and of course they tacked on all these finance charges. The merchandise cost $760 and I had paid $661 now I go back on there and they tell me I have to pay another $771 if I want to do the early buy out option. The representative told me I should have made the proper payments and I told him and as a customer service department they could have done a courtesy call of the upcoming payoff just as if they would call if I missed a payment. I would have had so many calls from them asking where the money was. So why not do the same if they truly had their customer best interest at heart…this company is such a rip off.
