Kafene follows all applicable laws and regulations. Since this is a lease there is not an interest rate. Customer's have more options with a lease than they do with a traditional finance company. For example customer can make small renewal payments from period to period until they obtain ownership, customer can purchase the property during the first 90 days for the cash price plus a small premium, after 90 days customer can purchase the property for a discount which is below the remaining Agreement balance, finally customer can return the property at anytime without any further financial obligation. The customer would be responsible for any past due payments, fees, or taxes they owed.
