Very slow transaction processing combined with numerous transaction issues every time I use Kado. Customer service is also very slow in responding to emails. When sending in a follow-up question to an initial customer service request they do not respond at all and close the ticket.

I deposited USDC.e into Kado's Polygon wallet. The transaction on Kado's website was never confirmed. Why? Turns out Kado will only automatically process USDC. (The company that issues USDC recently started issuing native USDC on multiple blockchains so the old Ethereum POS USDC coin became USDC.e) Nothing on Kado's website states which coins or token contracts are accepted so customers are left to guess. After informing support of this issue, they blamed their provider, Fortress. After 19 days and a dozen emails to Kado (many of which had no response), my funds were finally returned to my wallet. Thus two stars instead of one.
