So I used it a few times with no problem and then two days ago I sent LTC money kado Took it out of my bank and it still hasn’t been sent yet and I have been messaging and emailing customer service for two days and they still have not responded and the day is almost over!! WTF IS MY MONEY 🙏🙏🙏🙏 as soon as I hit send I got an email that the money hit lol but still use it at your own risk when we send money. We need it right away not three days later.

Still no response from them, still no crypto. I also tried a small USDC purchase, same thing happened, been processing for 13 hours now. If you read this, dont use Kado.money! they will take your money and leave you hanging.

Every time I try to make an ACH deposit it FAILS. "Something went wrong, please try again". I switched networks, tokens, reconnected my bank account - NOTHING WORKS. Reached out to customer service - two weeks later still NO RESPONSE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
