I thought I would start feeling better after drinking this drink and I felt nothing. You marketed that this shake would make a positive change in your life. Not happy at all

I ordered one bag of chai protein, and one bag of strawberry protein. When attempting to open both bags, the tabs ripped off. I cut off the top carefully above the bag, zipper, and upon opening, the zippers do not work. It appears there is a default with the bag manufacturing process, and one side of the zipper is not attached to the bag. Because of this, I have to use a rubber band around the bag to close it and it is not fully sealable.

After the Consumer Reports came out indicating that plant proteins have a high concentration of lead, I reached out to Kachava to ask them for a toxicology report, the levels of lead in their product, and if they had any certifications - They responded with a page to corporate jargon about how they're safe, but it had no real substance to it. 1. They do not share the third party labs. 2. They have no third-party certifications that assert their claims (other brands do). 3. There is no way to verify how much lead is in the product except to test it yourself.

While I do like the chocolate my issue is with being charged twice for the same product. The company wants me to take time out of my schedule to return a product that they erroneously sent out. This experience has completely soured me on the company and I wont be ordering from them again.

Long time customer of Kachava, 2-3 bags per month (primarily chocolate). Just got an order after significant delays only to find out formula/ingredients changed for the worst! Significantly more saturated fat and poor taste. I sadly had to cancel.

I've tried to order 3 times and each time the order gets cancelled because "they can't verify my payment method" which is ridiculous. This last time I used my credit card (not PayPal) and still, it was rejected. There's no way forward to escalate the issue above the email representative and even a request for additional follow up was ignored. Just so annoyed.

I'm not a fan of meal replacement products because no matter what they claim, it's still processed "food". However, I was made to take two, full-sized bags of the vanilla flavor as I was exiting The Detroit Free Press Marathon Expo in October (Saturday the 14th). They were literally forcing everyone to take them. The first thing I noticed when I opened it is that it smelled horrible with zero hint of vanilla. I followed the mixing directions, took two sips and poured it down the drain. The texture was a combination of foamy, chalky and gritty. On top of that, it had no real flavor. Last week, I decided to try it again with frozen blueberries. Still awful. However, I did manage to drink half of it this time before pouring it out. The remaining powder was eventually sprinkled across our compost pile. My advice - just eat real food and avoid products that claim to contain "super foods" because there is no such thing. It's just made-up marketing lingo.

Ordered over a week ago still haven't received my order or tracking info. Tried contacting them through email and they haven't responded except to say they will look into it. Yet they took the money out of my account the very next day( 6 days ago). Really poor customer service. Will not purchase again. Update supposed to be delivered now on the 13th. Shipping through some off brand Company. I could have driven to their warehouse 5 times round trip and been faster. This company is a joke.
