I believe I have been using Katchava for about a year now, and after reading someone’s review here about losing his free bag of Katchava because he changed the flavor, I had a similar experience just this last month with them and I was so angry! I had a coupon on my account for 15 and another one for 10 . I had of course used the one for 15, but when I changed the delivery date my 15 disappeared! I explained that to the customer service guy over and over and over again! He kept saying I had already used the 15 on a previous order. I finally asked him to tell me what order I used it on because he said he was looking right at it. I pulled it up on my account also and he told me I used it in February, I couldn’t find any coupon used in February, I saw the coupon in January and I saw other coupons for previous months but nothing in February. So he offered to give me a 15 coupon but told me my 10 coupon would not be valid after! I told him no deal, give me what I had, all of it or cancel my account. But he went right ahead and charged it without paying any attention to what I was telling him!! And added insult to injury by telling me he was just adding 5 to my 10 coupon! Unbelievable. Also, I was still pretty angry because they advertised on their site you would get a lot of extra points on your birthday, but they don’t tell you that you must register your birthday to receive them and there is nothing they can do about it, but you can wait until next year! Was that supposed to somehow be consoling? Wasn’t for me, and this incident just was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I am really sick with a bad cold in my chest and head so I am guesstimating the date of experience, it was definitely towards the end of March 24 though

Spoke with customer service reps today (2 via phone & one via human chat) after opening a bag of this product--the bags(3)were purchased mid November 2023 and showed an Expiration Date of March 2024!! For real??? This is unacceptable. Admit I didn't check the expiration dates upon receipt of product believing that Kachava was on the "up and up." Deceptive is more descriptive of this business. These are "old products" sent to me in November. Told by "customer service reps" that the 30 day guarantee had past and as such nothing could be done. This complaint is NOT about a 30 day guarantee, rather it is about receiving 3 bags of product in November 2023 that would expire in March 2024= OLD PRODUCT!!!! This blatantly deceptive and very poor business acumen sending "old product" to someone who has been a loyal customer for past several years. Their customer service is profoundly POOR. Past,current & future customers need to look at product expiration dates & realize that Kachava is not reliable or honest. In a word, this is a deceptive business. Their responses(written chat notes were copied) said nothing addressing my query. Shameful for a product that costs $69.99/bag. Do NOT do business with Kachava.

The poorest customer service EVER! I own a pharmacy and wanted to try Ka’Chava for myself to see if I would recommend it. I ordered 3 bags and the charge processed on my credit card. Four days later I received an email stating I was getting a refund and my order was cancelled because payment could not be verified! It was already paid for 100%!!! I emailed 4 times and called customer service twice. NO ONE WAS HELPFUL!!! They told me I should not try to order again because they would not process the order? WHAT? I guess they don’t want to sell their product and I and happy to tell everyone DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The problem I encountered with kachava was with their customer service. I was billed right when I placed the order and now it has been two weeks and no product. They have totally given me the runaround. There were so many ways they could have done little things to keep my confidence but none were offered. Just empty promises. I was on a subscription and turned on several people to the product. Giving Lyfe product a try. Cheaper with same advantages.

Customer service is horrendous. They cancelled my subscription because of a fraud alert and I had to resubmit my credit card info via an emailed AMEX statement as proof that I have funding available. Two weeks later I get an email saying the reorder and the subscription have been cancelled, again. I can't get a return phone call, only sorry after sorry. I've spent over $10K over 5 years for health reasons and they are unwilling to open a new account with a different payment source. I've lost all the points and now have to resort to replacing this product to support my health. Thanx Kachava. You're business sense leaves something to be desired!

Kachava customer service is the worst. They won’t honor their own promotion. I received a email telling me that because I subscribe I will get a free bag of kachava. I thought that was pretty cool. Before my subscription order shipped I decided to change the flavor because the matcha flavor was terrible and I didn’t want another bag of that &@$&! Apparently when I changed the flavor the free bag that was in the cart didn’t reload? Not sure what happened I certainly wouldn’t cancel a free bag. When my subscription arrived my free bag was not in the shipment. When I contacted kachava they told me that the promotion had expired? I tried to explain that my subscription had the free bag in it prior to the promotion exp date. Did not make sense the are the ones that added it to my cart. I even sent a screenshot. They told me there was nothing they could do? They would honor their promotion? All I wanted was them to honor it. Then I got a very condescending email and that was it. These guys are terrible the better learn how to treat customers better or they will loose out to their competitors.

This is my experience..discovered this company is an LLC, first red flag. This means that while they are deceptively charging customers, the amount of financial damage even in a class action suit.. has a cap. I believe this cap also carries to any damages recovered medically. They are unregulated, uncertified and not inspected! You can't even be certain of what you may be putting in your body!

Still haven’t received product. Paid for it 11/25/2023. Promised delivery by today 11/30/2023. No product. After calling to question what is going on , was told that they have until 12/06/2023 to deliver what I paid for weeks earlier. I really don’t trust this company.
