Like the taste (Vanilla), blends well, quality ingredients (if it is what they say it is) and enjoyed. Good. Bad. Ordered another 2 bags from their site, one month later still has not shipped. Yes, their site shows a label was created, but it is not shipping. Called 3 times, each time talked with a human, but felt like it was BS and a chatbot script. Kachava, of course, has my money for a product that hasn't been fulfilled. Something is very wrong. Not sure what, but it feels like a company funding its current business with future sales. Not a successful business plan and fair to consumers. I don't know for sure, just something doesn't feel right along with 0 customer service (1+1 = 2).

I placed an order a month ago just to try the product. I hit 1 time order. As I was about to submit, the button changed to subscribe. I changed it back. I got an email that my subscription was being shipped and they charged my card. I am furious. I spoke to 2 people who hung up on me, was on hold for 40 minutes and they disconnected my call. This is fraud. I have filed a complaint, sent an email to them. I have a feeling this company will be going out of business soon. In today's age, dishonesty against consumers is rampant. I would not give this company your card number!!!

I think Ka Chava has lost their mind. I just received two packs of the chocolate as I've been doing for a long time. I'm 73 and count on this vegan nutrition. Well, this morning I couldn't wait to have my Ka Chava after being without it for days. What a disappointment. They changed the ingredients. So now it doesn't taste like chocolate and it is way too sweet. What a stupid move these companies do when they have a beloved product and they decide to change it. Hey, New Coke didn't work. If the original sells then why change it? A very stupid move in my opinion. I will probably cancel my subscription. But now I'll have to search for something else. So disappointed 😞☹️😬

My experience reflects that of many other customers. Make no mistake about it, this is a premium product ($5/serving). My wife and I spend hundreds of dollars per month on it. However, the packaging is extremely poor. They place their $70 bags directly into a cardboard box without any padding. It sits right up against the pack g tape. As such it’s common to cut the bag while cutting the packing tape. We have managed to cut open the bags of powder while opening the box many times. When I brought this to their attention, their customer service scolded me for not paying attention what’s inside the box (as if I could see?). Speaking of which, the customer service for something that costs hundreds of dollars per month is beyond poor. Email only, AI-generated responses that take days to reply. I’m looking for alternatives and this month’s subscription will be my last. A company that grew too greedy too quickly without being able to scale their production and customer service accordingly.

I ordered it, but it was sent to the wrong address. They told me to call the postal service, which I did twice. I was told that they could not change the address. When I called the postal service, they said only the sender could make this change. When I call them back, they tell me that they can't. Simple fix: call 1-8007420-5877 and change the address; that's all that has to be done. They also told me it is the customer's responsibility, and I have called them and spent a lot of time on this simple fix. I was repeatedly told only the sender could change it, and they could do it just by calling. When I call them, they tell me it's their policy and can't change it. They also advised me to get the USP choice. I also tried this, but their cost will be over 45.00 for a yearly service plus a payment to change the address. So now I paid over 100 dollars for items I can't get. Based on reviews of the bad taste, I will no longer be ordering from this substandard company.

They've lost another customer. On a subscription for 2.5+ years. Charged for October order on the 10th - still nothing has shipped. I found out about their mess with degrading the quality of the ingredients/recipe. Called back a second time asking them to cancel my order.

I have been drinking Kachava for 3 years and just got my last order and I am very upset that the formula has changed. It tastes like crap now and it has more sugar. Usually when the formula changes that means the company goes cheaper on the ingredients to make more profits. too bad ...because I now can't even drink my favorite go to meal for breakfast anymore as a result of this change. Bad move. Very dissapointed.

First four orders were great and arrived within 3 days. My latest has been a nightmare. Ordered on 10/10/24–3 bags at 188.00–nothing has shipped. I filled out contact form, did an online chat and have called twice—nothing but a run around and no action to send my product, but they charged me right away. I’ve escalated a claim with PayPal to get my money refunded. Stay clear of this company!!
