We had a great experience using Kabuk! They helped us find great hotels in great locations close to the train stations in Japan and really helped us figure out the best spots to go for our first time in Japan! The itinerary they made us was a great starting point and helped us a lot!

When we started planning our group trip to Japan over a year ago, we were overwhelmed by the prospect of booking everything and making the best decisions for what we wanted to be a dream trip. I found Kabuk on Google by chance, and it seemed worth looking into. I submitted my questionnaire and then had FaceTime meetings booked with Eric and Kyoko. We discussed our expectations, what interested everyone, and most importantly, our budget. A few days later, they provided a suggested itinerary and cost. I was hesitant to commit without doing more research. Initially, I was concerned about the lack of reviews and online presence on North American platforms. The Kabuk team didn't hesitate to address those concerns, even involving people higher up in the company. They provided their business license as well. As a group, we voted on whether we were satisfied with their validity, and we all said yes. Once Kyoko booked our first hotel, she happily shared the reservation, which I was able to confirm directly with the hotel. From then on, I was completely at ease. Kyoko was so attentive—booking things we couldn't arrange from here and selecting the most amazing hotels, every one of them unique and exceeding all expectations. Even people in our group who had been to Japan several times were impressed with what was arranged. We were prepared for everything because of what she suggested and the lists she gave to ensure we had everything in order. It was the most organized trip I had ever been on. I recommend anyone going to Japan who doesn't know where to start to reach out to them. They did not disappoint, and we had the trip of a lifetime because of it. Should we go to Japan again—which is likely—I would use them again with no hesitation.

My daughter and I wanted to do the nerdiest Japan trip but have never been. Kyoko and the Kabuk crew made it so easy and understood all our otaku requests. The trip ended up being well under budget and way less than I ever imagined it'd cost to take a trip to Japan. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

I cannot say enough about Kyoko and her team… The itinerary was done so beautifully and so meticulously. There were four of us traveling my husband and myself with our children in their 20s.All of my needs and expectations were met and exceeded…no detail was spared. They stayed within (under) the budget which I appreciate greatly. The star of the show is Kyoko… I don’t know if that woman sleeps. She would answer my phone call day or night to the largest and smallest of questions. She worked tirelessly to make everything right for my family and me…in real time. I have recommended this team to all my friends, and we will definitely travel with them back to Japan as soon as possible.

I want to make a special shout out to Eric and Kyoko! Thank you so much for tailoring my first Japan trip to what I was looking for and offering additional suggestions. Also, thank you Kyoko for booking a last minute private car service from Kyoto to Osaka Airport. The driver was spectacular and I will never forget my first trip to Japan!
