I have received KaBloom roses for a few years as gifts. I got a delivery yesterday. The Roses are sub-par with brown areas on the petals. They are droopy, not sent in water. The rose-food packets are no longer included. No filler this time either.

customer service did respond. Said it went to correct address which is plausible. They said it was the correct item, which we do not agree on. The response was appreciated.

Horrible customer service. I needed help due to their websites decision to send both my orders to the same address. There is no recourse, a no response phone number, and never a reply to email. I got stuck paying for both orders as well as needing to order additionally from Roseaholics sent to the proper address.

I ordered flowers for my sister's bday..on the 14th..her bday sat. 17th.plenty of time to send them..no flowers on the 16th that i was told they would be delivered..no flowers on the 16th ,17th,18th....it was embarrassing for this was my gift from her sister's to her.. Still cant get an answer when they will be delivered. This is not good business and after reading the reviews I wish I would have went another way..bad business

I got a lovely bouquet from KaBloom. Unfortunately the card didn't include the name of the sender. KaBloom said it didn't know, since the order was placed through Amazon. Amazon said it couldn't say. So now I can't thank someone for the flowrs. Real customer service would, at the least, ask the sender if they could reveal their name to the recipient. Instead, I look ungrateful.

The flowers weren't packed with water and were wilted with pale green stems. The inside of the box was also hot because they were shipped via UPS and were in a hot truck. I immediately retrieved them from my front porch, cut off 3" from the stem and placed them in water. They were droppy and barely lasted 3 days. Without water and being in a hot UPS truck was the worst method of delivery.

I placed 2 floral orders in 1 week--$50+ each order. Wrong flowers sent with the 1st one, wrong date sent with the 2nd one!! Sent after event was over!! No one picks up the 800 # for customer service--it's just a recording. No one has responded to customer service emails either. A total waste of money & there is NO customer service. Absolute crap!
